Hello Everyone,
I am Shaimaa, a Qigong teacher, my journey with qigong started in 2018 when I visited Bali for the first time and qigong been suggested to me by someone I met there so I went and I tried and I fell in love with it from the first class and from there I start pursuing this dream to become a qigong teacher and to spread this practice and help others to have better life even longer life.
In my Qigong classes, I teach breathing techniques and visualizations to generate deep levels of relaxation, to reduce stress and anxiety and increase a feeling of wellbeing.
Qigong exercises create more life force and help to circulate Qi around the body that strengthens and stimulates the immune system.
I am looking forward to meeting you in person or online to practice together, and here what I can promise that when you get into this zone of stillness you will be able to enjoy every moment of your life.
