Act Space, in cooperation with the Leaders Foundation for Administrative Sciences and Development, participated in the international seminar “Youth Participation in Local Communities in South Europe and Euro-Mediterranean Countries”, held in Catania, Italy, from 17–21 November.
The seminar gathered 62 representatives from Arab and European countries, creating a rich space for exchanging experiences, strengthening cooperation, and exploring innovative approaches to enhance youth engagement.
Our participation reflects our commitment to empowering young people, supporting inclusive policies, and building sustainable Euro-Mediterranean partnerships.

We are proud to announce our cooperation in an inspiring Erasmus+ project on bioconstruction techniques with our leader association creando from Spain— blending tradition with innovation to empower youth workers across Europe and partner countries.
The Project
- Two international training courses in Spain (Asturias) and Slovenia (Zavod Veles)
- Hands-on learning with clay, straw, wood, and mud to build sustainable structures
- Exploring local heritage, cultural identity, and eco-friendly construction methods
- Fully funded by the Erasmus+ Program, including travel, accommodation, food, and training

Act Space, in cooperation with the Farmers Association for Rural Development, will coordinate outreach and support youth workers to:
- Join this unique learning journey
- Apply their skills in community follow-up activities (workshops, exhibitions, local initiatives)
- Share project results and inspire sustainable practices in rural development

🌍✨ Act Space for Training and Consulting is proud to take part in the European Shaper Alliance for Tomorrow, a Partnership Building Activity within the Erasmus+ ESC framework, in Spain at Cortes de la Frontera from 23 October to 30 October 2025
This inspiring initiative brings together youth workers, project managers, and NGO leaders from across Europe to:

We’re proud to announce that Act Space participated as a partner in the “burnout and stress” training course held in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria from July 27 to August 4, 2025.
In today’s fast-paced digital world, multitasking, remote work, and digital nomadism are not just trends—they're everyday reality. But with them come stress, burnout, and the struggle to find time for ourselves and our loved ones.
Through this project, we explored vital topics such as: 🕒 Time management and task prioritization
🧘♂️ The art of rest and personal satisfaction
📤 Delegation and task sharing
🌱 Mental health, self-organization, and work-life balance
🌐 Online work trends, digital communication, and cultural diversity
🚀 Empowering youth and NGOs with entrepreneurial skills
This international experience enhanced the capacity of youth workers and NGOs to support young people’s well-being and readiness for modern employment trends.

We are proud to announce that Loubna El Komy has officially joined Act Space for Training and Consulting as the Manager of the Women and Children Department.
Loubna is a dedicated activist and development leader with a strong track record in empowering women and protecting children. She currently serves as the President of the Egyptian Women’s Support Foundation, one of our strategic partners in advancing gender equality and social justice across Egypt.
Her extensive experience includes:
✅ Leading grassroots initiatives that support women’s rights, economic empowerment, and child protection.
✅ Representing civil society at national platforms, including the Annual Civil Society Conference, and engaging with both local and international stakeholders.
✅ Receiving leadership training from the National Council for Women and the Egyptian Council for Women’s Rights to support female leadership in local governance.
✅ Legal training at the Egyptian Bar Association, equipping her to promote civic participation and legal awareness among women and youth.
✅ Certified in Training of Trainers (TOT), enabling her to train others and scale up impactful programs.
✅ Building bridges between Egyptian NGOs and international partners for knowledge exchange and collaboration.

🚀 Act Space Facilitates Blockchain Training in Madan, Bulgaria! 💻✨
As part of the Erasmus+ project “Blockchain Technology,” Act Space had the pleasure of facilitating an intensive training in Madan, Bulgaria, empowering young people to explore the future of digital innovation.
Participants deepened their understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and real-world applications across sectors like finance, healthcare, and logistics. They also explored how decentralized applications (dApps) are shaping the digital landscape.
Through hands-on workshops, teams generated creative blockchain-based solutions, designed simple smart contract structures, and collaborated on technical problem-solving.
A special focus was placed on blockchain security—addressing common vulnerabilities, analyzing real incidents, and learning best practices to secure decentralized networks.

📝 This activity was organized in collaboration with our partner Association “Children with Special Needs” – Madan, and brought together participants from Bulgaria, Egypt, Turkey, Hungary, and Romania.
