دلوقتى انا عرفت ان الClassroom management مهمه
و عرفت كمان ازاى اقعد ولادى فى seating pattern مظبوط يخليهم يندمجوا سوى و يطلعوا نتيجه مميزه لأى task او مهمه هتتطلب منهم.👌💯
طب لما الطلبه يعملوا المطلوب منهم و نحقق الtarget language سوى....اقدر اكافئهم؟

و على فكره دى من أهم الوسائل اللى تخليهم دايما متحمسين انهم يطلعوا احسن ما عندهم طول الوقت🥰🥰
📌The most effective way to praise students is by being specific, sincere, and focused on effort rather than just outcomes.
Instead of saying, "Good job!" — say, "I really admire how you stayed focused and solved that problem step-by-step."
Specific praise helps students see what they did well, which builds their confidence and encourages them to repeat those positive behaviors.
👩🏫حاول تكون محدد فالتحفيز بتاعك، شوف حاجه مميزه الطالب عندك عملها و نورها قدام عينه انك شوفتها و كمان مبسوط بيها👏
📌Also, genuine praise (not exaggerated or automatic) makes students feel truly seen and valued.
And when we recognize effort, persistence, and creativity, we teach students that growth is more important than instant perfection.
👩🏫خد فاعتبارك نقطه مهمه......المدح الصادق (اللى من غير مبالغه و كمان التلقائي) ده اللى بيخلى الطالب عندك متأكد انك شايفه و مركز مع ابسط تطور بيحصل معاه.
كمان تقديرك للتطور اللى بيحصل للطالب حتى لو "بسيط" بيخليه يتعلم ان الصبر و الاستمرارية هى اللى هتخليه يوصل للهدف بتاعه ايا كان هو ايه و مش لازم انى اعمل كل حاجه perfect من اول مره
