A proud milestone for the French University in Egypt at ECPC 2026!✨

This year marked the first participation of the ICPC-UFE Community at the Egyptian Collegiate Programming Contest (ECPC) — one of Egypt’s most prestigious competitive programming events! 💻

Represented by 5 teams and 15 talented students, UFE stood among nearly 9,000 students from 120 Egyptian institutions, competing over 8 intense days in Alexandria.

✨ Our teams didn’t just compete — they scored, and proudly carried the UFE name into their very first ECPC experience.

We were also honored to meet Prof. Yousry Elgamal, former Minister of Education, and Dr. Mohamed Fouad, ECPC’s main coordinator, during a special tour of the competition halls.

From late-night training sessions to the Cairo–Alexandria journey, this achievement reflects the dedication of our teams— and it’s only the beginning 🚀

We’re Hiring!

The French University in Egypt (UFE) is expanding its academic team and is currently recruiting for:

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫 – 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 – Contribute to English language instruction across UFE’s faculties, including General English, English for Academic Purposes (EAP), and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). Support curriculum development, assessment, student academic support, and scholarly activities in applied linguistics, ELT, TESOL, or related fields.

(Master’s degree in English Language, Applied Linguistics, TESOL/ELT, or a closely related field required. Initial university teaching experience is required. Native or near-native fluency in English and a good working command of French are required. Experience with CEFR, IELTS, or TOEFL is an asset.)

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫 – 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – Support undergraduate teaching across the French and English sections, with a focus on tutorials (travaux dirigés) in Economics, Accounting, Logistics, Mathematics, and Statistics. Contribute to course materials, student mentoring, assessments, and the academic life of the Faculty of Management.

(Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a closely related field required. Fluency in French is required, with the ability to teach in English strongly preferred. Prior university-level tutorial or teaching assistant experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of economics, accounting, logistics, and quantitative methods is an asset.)

The French University in Egypt (UFE) is expanding its team and is currently recruiting for:

𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – Lead and manage the Student Life Department, oversee student engagement, well-being initiatives, extracurricular activities, and campus events, while fostering an inclusive and vibrant university environment. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to enhance the overall student experience. (3–5 years of experience in student life, campus engagement, or student support within a higher education institution required).

𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 – Organize student activities, cultural and social events, sports tournaments, scientific trips, leadership programs, and student clubs. Support student well-being, strengthen campus engagement, and help build a dynamic and inclusive university community. (2–5 years of experience in student services, campus life, or event coordination required).
