As we prepare to open our doors, they are a lovely reminder that building a school is about much more than the building itself. It is about the relationships we form and the sense of community we create together.

There has been so much energy, excitement, laughter, and connection this week as our founding team comes together around one shared purpose: to create something truly special at Dwight School Cairo. And this is only the beginning.

From exploring Cairo together on an unforgettable city tour, to meeting new people and building new friendships, to team-building, learning, collaborating, and discovering how each of us can play a part in igniting the spark of genius in every Dwight student - this week has been absolutely electric.

We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome our founding families and students to campus as we begin this incredible new chapter together.

What an inspiring evening.
Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our Vice Chancellor, Dr. Blake Spahn, from New York, for a special evening with our founding families and prospective parents.

It was an opportunity to have meaningful conversations about the future of education, what it means to build a school from the ground up, and the kind of learning environment we aspire to create for every child who walks through our doors.

Most importantly, it was a chance to get to know the people who will shape Dwight School Cairo, not only our leadership team, but also the families who are helping write its very first chapter.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special. We can’t wait to continue this journey together.

Did you know? One of the unique features of our Pre-K to KG2 learning environments is their direct access to dedicated outdoor learning spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor classroom experience.

Rather than viewing the outdoors as simply a playground, we see it as an extension of the classroom itself. Children can move naturally between indoor and outdoor environments, engaging in hands-on learning, imaginative play, collaborative projects and sensory exploration.
