✨ لما السيشن يخلص… النقاش الحقيقي يبدأ

في يوم 17 فبراير داخل مقر ITI، قدمنا في She Inspires سيشن عن Product Management بقيادة Leader of Product Management Track — وكان الحضور مليان طاقة وأسئلة وطموح.

لكن أجمل جزء حصل بعد السيشن.

جلسة طويلة بين كاثي وشهاب عبدالعزيز تحولت من مجرد أسئلة سريعة… إلى نقاش عميق عن إزاي تدير منتج حقيقي على أرض الواقع 👀
مش نظري… مش Slides… لكن قرارات حقيقية:
•هل تبني Feature ولا تؤجلها؟
•إمتى المنتج جاهز للسوق؟
•هل المستخدم محتاج كل اللي إحنا شايفينه مهم؟
•وإزاي Founder يفكر كـ Product Manager مش كمطور بس؟

يوم 17 فبراير، نظمنا في She Inspires سيشن ملهمة عن Product Management في ITI – New Capital، مع الخبيرة العالمية Cathy Simpson، Leader of the Agile and Scrum Master track في برنامج Mentorship الخاص بنا.

💡 أكثر من 150 طالب وطالبة من ITI حضروا الجلسة، واستفادوا من خبرة Cathy الواسعة (أكثر من 25 سنة في التكنولوجيا والأعمال، Agile Leadership Coach، Certified Scrum Trainer، وPMP-certified Project Manager) في التعامل مع التعقيد والتغيير، وتطبيق مفاهيم Agile لتطوير المنتجات بكفاءة.

السيشن كانت تفاعلية جدًا، وركزت على التفكير النقدي، التعاون الفعّال، وكيفية تحويل الأفكار إلى منتجات ناجحة.

Ever had a brilliant product idea but weren’t sure how to make it succeed in the market? Or faced challenges in prioritization, team management, or adapting to fast-changing environments?

On February 17, She Inspires hosted an inspiring session on Product Management at ITI – New Capital, with global expert Cathy Simpson, Leader of the Agile and Scrum Master track in our Mentorship program.

💡 Over 150 ITI students attended, benefiting from Cathy’s extensive experience (25+ years across technology and business, Agile Leadership Coach, Certified Scrum Trainer, and PMP-certified Project Manager) in navigating complexity and change, and applying Agile principles to build products effectively.

The session was highly interactive, focusing on critical thinking, effective collaboration, and turning ideas into successful products.

سعدنا بتنظيم فعالية "هي ملهمة - She Inspires" في معهد تكنولوجيا المعلومات (ITI) بفرع العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، والتي جمعت نماذج نسائية ملهمة من مجالات متعددة وناقشت دور المرأة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات وفرصها في سوق العمل ✨
