تتيح الكلية نطاقاً واسعاً من الأقسام والتخصصات بمرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه:
الإنتاج النباتي والبساتين: برامج متميزة في (الفاكهة، الخضر، نباتات الزينة والنباتات الطبية والعطرية، المحاصيل، والنبات الزراعي) للتعمق في استنباط سلالات تتحمل الإجهادات المناخية وزراعة الأنسجة والزراعة الذكية.
علوم الأغذية والألبان: تخصصات استراتيجية تركز على جودة وسلامة الغذاء، الأغذية الوظيفية، الابتكار الميكروبي، والترشيح الغشائي.
وقاية النبات وأمراض النبات: التشخيص الدقيق وحلول المكافحة الحيوية المتكاملة لحماية المحاصيل بدون متبقيات مبيدات.
الإنتاج الحيواني والدواجن: فسيولوجيا، رعاية، وتغذية الحيوان والدواجن واستزراع الأسماك.

-مهارات بحثية ونشر دولي: التمكين من صياغة المقترحات البحثية والتحليل الإحصائي الدقيق، مع الالتزام والتشجيع على نشر أوراق بحثية في مجلات ذات معامل تأثير مرتفع (Q1/Q2).
-مهارات تقنية ورقمية حديثة: استخدام البرمجيات المتخصصة، تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الزراعة الدقيقة، ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS).
-مهارات قيادية وإدارية: القدرة على إدارة المشروعات الزراعية والصناعية الكبرى، واتخاذ القرارات المبنية على التحليل العلمي.

شروط ومواعيد الالتحاق
مواعيد التقديم: نفتح أبوابنا للتقدم مرتين في العام:
دورة أكتوبر: يبدأ التقدم من (يونيو حتى أغسطس) من كل عام.
دورة فبراير: يبدأ التقدم من (نوفمبر حتى يناير) من كل عام.
الشروط العامة: أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على البكالوريوس بتقدير عام لا يقل عن (جيد) لمرحلة الماجستير، وأن يكون حاصلاً على الماجستير البحثي في العلوم الزراعية للتسجيل بمرحلة الدكتوراه (مع استيفاء الشروط والقواعد المعتمدة بالكلية).
