﴿ إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ۚ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا ﴾
— سورة الأحزاب: 56
Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect.
إن الصلاة على النبي ﷺ يوم الجمعة من أحب الأعمال وأعظم القربات.
قال رسول الله ﷺ:
"إن من أفضل أيامكم يوم الجمعة، فيه خُلق آدم، وفيه قُبض، وفيه النفخة، وفيه الصعقة، فأكثروا عليّ من الصلاة فيه، فإن صلاتكم معروضة عليّ."
قالوا: يا رسول الله، وكيف تُعرض صلاتنا عليك وقد أرِمت؟
قال: "إن الله حرّم على الأرض أن تأكل أجساد الأنبياء."
إن الصلاة على النبي ﷺ يوم الجمعة سبب لمغفرة الذنوب، ونزول الرحمة، ورفعة الدرجات، وهي من علامات محبته وتعظيمه.
Sending blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ on Friday is one of the best acts of worship.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"The best of your days is Friday. It was on this day that Adam was created, and it was on this day that he died. It is on this day that the trumpet will be blown and on this day that all creatures will swoon. So increase your prayers upon me on this day, for your prayers are presented to me."
They said: "O Messenger of Allah, how will our prayers be shown to you when you have decayed?"
He replied: "Allah has forbidden the earth to consume the bodies of the Prophets."
Let Friday be the day your heart remembers him ﷺ most — with love, respect, and abundant salawat
