We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.

Requirements
• Have an eye for good design and are able to transform design proposals into vibrant applications.

Senior ITSM Consultant

Overview:
The ITSM Process Consultant will provide a single point of contact for the IT Service Management process and represents our client’s interests with their respective Service Management teams. This person will leverage their expertise in the ITSM/ITIL space to implement changes in IT process as required to ensure optimal overall performance.


Responsibilities:

Leverage ITIL best practice to conduct current/future state gap analysis on existing processes.
Facilitate directed design workshops with clients to solidify process and create functional requirements.
Develop detailed artifacts such as: process diagrams, process guides, policy documents, standard operating procedures, RACI matrices etc..
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and facilitate process improvement.
Serve as the conduit between customer requirements gathering and system engineering efforts.
Communicate the organizational vision and the process’s strategic goals to business units and IT organizations.
Identify and assimilate similar and/or overlapping activities/initiatives within IT.
Coordinate inter-process changes with other process owners.
Provide process ownership through design, implementation and continuous improvement activities in the process life cycle.
Work with all functions within the IT community to ensure processes are executed as designed and measured accurately and completely.
Ensure alignment of the process to the corporate and IT strategy.
Create a new environment by displaying a motivational impatience for results (be a behavior change leader).
Publicize activities and build commitment and consensus around Process Management activities.
Facilitate resolution of interface problems with other process owners.
Communicate with and manage the expectations of customers of IT Services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT.
Extremely influential with a track record of successfully navigating organizations through change efforts.
Ability to quickly establish relationships and earn the trust/respect of clients.
Strong leadership attributes with a fearless approach to ambiguous situations, able to mediate conflicts -recognize options - propose and implement solutions.
Project management experience required.
Experience in infrastructure operations, business analysis, or process design.
Experience with implementing or operating with Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Portfolio, Service Catalog and Configuration Management.
Experience in one or more facets of IT Operations leveraging ITIL framework.
Strong analytical skillset - leverages SLM and IT experience to deliver against the responsibilities.
Experienced in implementing ITSM solutions.
Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision and with deliverable based model, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
Must be an effective communicator experienced at presenting to senior management.
Has solid experience using MS Visio, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.
ITIL v3 Foundation Certification preferred.
Experience with handling technical issues and engaging others to assist in addressing the issues.
