✨Through everything that I’ve experienced I truly believe that BALANCE is one of the most powerful keys for a happy life. And if you decide to follow the entrepreneur’s path, committing to it is what will lead you to success and happiness.
It’s very easy to get lost in your business. To forget that there’s a life to live out of it😣 It’s easy to forget what really matters and the reason why you started in the first place.
Having a balance between your business, relationships, health and personal interests (aka hobbies, traveling, etc), and spirituality is extremely important. And it all begins in setting your boundaries✋🏼
I never thought that I could travel, be an entrepreneur, have a fit body, eat healthy, train my mind, socialize, enjoy a dance, and feel fulfilled was possible. But I discovered how good I feel when I put my focus on those things that really matter to me, so I started to value them more and giving them the time that they’re worth. And I’m still in progress, step by step, getting there 💕
Yes, sometimes you’ll have to sacrifice a bit some of those areas, but what’s important is that you decide to do it consciously. If you do so, you will always know when to go back to them without getting lost.
Always remember, that what really matters is that you find your happiness. And if you’re feeling like you’re unsatisfied and unfulfilled, sit back and review your boundaries. You’ll find what’s missing😉

👁According to the Buddihst path and Dalai Lama, suffering is part of our existence. And if you think about it, there is no life, without suffering. Even though it sounds pessimistic, suffering is what teaches us lessons, what makes us stronger and what makes us grow✨
But, there is a path to freedom from suffering. Which is the elimination of the 3 root causes of suffering (according to Buddhist thought) which are:
🌑Ignorance
🌑Craving
🌑Hatred
In addition to it, a way of liberating us from suffering is accepting that it is part of our nature 🪐. By aknowledging it, we prepare ourselves for it, and instead of putting resistance to it, which will cause more suffering, it makes us become more aware of it, accept it, and process it😌.
I read this in the 📕 book "The Art of Happiness" by Dalai Lama and Howard C. Cutler, and it personally resonated a lot with me.
👉🏻Last year I moved to Ireland for 6 months and it was an experience full of challenges that made me hit the bottom. I had never felt that down in my life and I was trying so hard to not suffer, that I was even suffering more. It wasn't until I accepted it and decided to surf with the waves, that I started seeing the light again. And I became stronger 🤩
It leaves a lot to think about, doesn't it?😉

One of the most important things about handling emotions and having a healthy mind for business is BEING PRESENT.
Crisis and problems are always going to come out🤯. But how do you handle them?
Putting them in a drawer and forgetting about them is not the answer❌
Neither taking it out with your team nor with bad decisions❌
✨Practicing being fully present is what it will truly solve your business problems and give you peace.
Here’s what you can do to practice being more present:
1. Practice meditation every day. This will teach you the art of being fully present and to learn how to separate your thoughts from your consciousness.
2. Every time you step into a new place, restaurant, event, city, etc. take a few minutes to see around yourself and become aware of every detail where you are. This will remind you to be fully present at every moment. Has it happened to you that you went to a new place and don’t even remember how it actually looked?
3. Every time you find yourself angry, stressed or anxious take a time to fully feel the emotions and feel how they slowly become lighter. Then being present, decide.
Practice these 3 things and I promise 🙏 you will little by little start noticing how you are more present in your life. And how this will transform how you act and eventually results will be better.

How’s your soul feeling? How’s your mind feeling? How’s your body feeling?
Sometimes we don’t even make time to stop and make ourselves these questions.
Days go by and the last thing we think about is ourselves. We don’t take a break to let everything external away and look inside, where the most important thing is.
Inner connection is ESSENTIAL to thrive. Even if you have everything in the world external to you, you won’t be fulfilled because the most important part will be missing, Y O U in your most purest essence. Your self love. Your soul. Your happiness.
If you think money is gonna bring you happiness, if you think that having a successful business by itself will bring you happiness, if you think having loads of friends will bring you happiness, if you think that having an amazing body will bring you happiness, if you think that a partner will bring you happiness, let me tell you... it won’t. Because happiness is within yourself. External things might bring you joy and good feelings, but they won’t last if you don’t work on yourself.

Can you control your emotions and your reactions?🤯🤔 Read this and let me know 😉 It all starts with your thoughts.
Your thoughts are built by your own filters: values, experiences, beliefs, past. When you experience something, this goes through your filters and becomes a thought. And that thought causes you to feel certain emotions. And those emotions bring you to an action👊🏼.
In business and in life, understanding this will help you be more aware of your emotions and reactions, leading you to take better decisions 🔥🤩
Let me explain you with an example: imagine that one of your employees comes to you and tells you that she didn’t finish the client’s project on time. Your first thought is “why didn’t you? The client is going to get angry, we are gonna lose it and you don’t care about this company!”. ➡️These thoughts lead you to feel angry, frustrated, stressed, and anxious. ➡️And these emotions lead you to yell at her and fire her.
😎Now if you’re aware of your thoughts and change them: you think “She must be stressed the same as I am, I don’t know why she didn’t but I’ll figure it out. Let’s find a solution”. These leads you to better emotions, better actions and better results. You didn’t fire her, you fixed the problem!
So with this quick explanation, what do you think now? Can you or not control your emotions and reactions? 😏😏

THIS IS SO POWERFUL that it gives me goosebumps 🤩🤩😎
We are most of the times just worrying about the end goal and thinking “when I get there I will be happy”, “when I earn this I will feel good”. But what if the whole process of getting there makes you feel miserable and unhappy? When you get there you might feel a spark of satisfaction and happiness, but that will fade out and you will suddenly find yourself chasing the next goal to feel happy again👀
And this, even though it doesn’t look like it, has to do with your PURPOSE. And not only with your external purpose but your INNER purpose. When you find your inner purpose which is being conscious and connected with yourself, then you will know what your external purpose is (action).
If the means of your journey towards your goals are connected to this purpose (internal and external), the means are gonna be joyful (not necessarily pleasant). You will enjoy your journey and that my friend will guarantee you happiness from the beginning to the end.
This is such an important thing to work on. And you’ll see that the more your business grows, the more you’ll feel how important it is.

We are all told to set goals all the time. Aren’t you? 🤭We are told that that's our key to success. But what about how we get to those goals?😼
Designing a SYSTEM on how to get to those goals is the most important key to success. I first read about this in the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. And this concept really changed my way of seeing how success is built.
Small changes, small efforts in a constant flow will build big changes and big results. It is funny how the concepts of "The Law of Attraction" is actually misunderstood. Write your goals and then forget about everything, it will come. NO! The Law of Attraction is about manifesting and manifesting is about taking action too.
So in order to be successful and reach your goals you have to create systems that lead you to them. For example, if you want to become an entrepreneur, you have to create habits that lead you to becoming one: waking up earlier, networking, posting on social media, read more books, study, create a business plan, etc.
If you want to become a successful but also happy millionaire, then you have to build habits that help you balance your life, create time for yourself, train your mind. THAT is building a system.
So next time you want to achieve something, you dream about something, forget about setting the goals. Start creating a system that will lead you to take action, which will lead you to reach those goals.

🤯Last two years have been an insane journey of transformation for me, and I don't really say it because of COVID.
My life shifted 180° like 4 times. I changed home 6 times in less than a year, and I have been living and working in 5 very different places.
Sounds crazy and honestly it did challenged me A LOT. I thought I was ready for anything. I thought I could handle being lonely, grow a new business while moving to Ireland, handle a 9 people team while traveling and living life. Stay fit and healthy. Build a strong and deep relationship. And feel at home no matter where I was.
But guess what, innerwork is a never ending process, and the more connected to our purpose and innerselves we are, the more we attract the challenges that we need to learn from even more, which will help us become stronger. Become better leaders.
I learned through this process the real importance of being connected to yourself. The importance of training the mind to be present and conscious. And all of these comes from being aware that you are not your thoughts, nor your emotions, nor what you own.
What would you say it is the main purpose of having a successful business? Money? Power? Identity?
The end main purpose is to achieve happiness. And yes it is true, money can be a channel for it, but as they say, you can't buy happiness. If you have a successful business, you're making money, and you feel miserable and unhappy, you should start thinking about working on yourself.
And it's a win-win! You become a happier person, which helps you build strong leadership skills, and your business makes more money. Perfect formula isn’t it? 😉
