so the expected mindset & plan for teachers should be directed to:
# start creating ur own online teaching platform...
Or joining a ready made online platform...
So u need to train urself how to use & manipulate technology & digital tools...
# Start practicing how to explain infront of cameras & which app is the best for u ( Zoom is not the best , i need to discuss the challenges i face ,or the options i need to run my session profesaionally without having drawbacks in my virtual sessions ) ....
# Start creating ur own online tutoring library ( by recording ur own audio & video presentations / slides......)...

*** Its a sudden step that needs great efforts , vision , & dedications...
