We have a new handwritten photo collection project.

The task is to receive 20 different templates that need to be printed out in hard copy and then filled it by hand. You can input any false data related to PII. (Personal Identity Information). Please do not fill in anything irrelevant to the content of the form.

Task Requirements:

1. Each person’s information can only be used once. Each template can only be filled out one time.

2. A single person can write up to 20 different templates.

All templates must use Hebrew to fill in.

Diversity of template content and handwriting.

Numbers and items information in table should be different in order and content.

The numbers and formulas filled in on a template should not exceed half of the handwritten content.

All blank spaces on the template need to be filled out. Each template contains more than 15 words or 5 lines of words.

Taking photos from multiple angles, and not all photos should be taken from the same angle.

8. With different handwriting and pen color (red, blue, green, black, etc. are all acceptable, do not use highlighter pens).
