A 60 years old male patient presented to our clinic complaining of inefficient mastication with upper completely edentulous arch and few remaining teeth in the lower jaw, After proper diagnosis this treatment option was the best decided to meet the patient's needs.

A 40 years old male patient presented to prosthodontics department, faculty of dentistry , Ain shams University with Lower Kennedy class I after proper clinical and radiographic examination and discussing the various treatment options with the patient it was agreed on restoring the edentulous areas with implant supported fixed prosthesis.
The right side is restored on the 1st visit.

A 38 y old female patient presented to prosthodontics department, faculty of dentistry Ain shams university with missing lower Lt. 2nd premolar, after proper clinical and radiographic examination various treatment options were presented to the patient. After discussing the pros and cons of each option, it was agreed upon implant placement in the missing area.

A 40 years old male patient presented to prosthodontics department, faculty of dentistry, Ain shams university with missing lower left 2nd molar, after proper clinical and radiographic examination the treatment of choice was to restore the missing tooth using an implant & customozed healing abutment during the healong period.

A 57 years old female patient presented to prosthodontics department, faculty of dentistry, Ain shams university with maxilla containing only the two central incisors & Rt. 1st premolar & the mandible contains only the 2 canines & Lt. 2nd premolar, after proper evaluation of the condition of the remaining teeth the following was decided ; endodotic treatment was done for all the remaining teeth & an overdenture was constructed with the use of 2 stud ball attachment in the lower canines to aid in the retention of the mandibular denture.
