== Introduction About The Civil Aviation and The Airlines ==

- Airline Industry is a part of a big world called the Aviation Industry, which includes a group of many aviation activities such as aircraft manufacturing, aviation and aircrafts services, ticketing, and much more.

== Airlines Services Types ==

- Airlines can be classified into 2 main types, Scheduled Flights Airlines and Non-Scheduled Flights Airlines.

- Scheduled Flights Airlines:
Which operates a daily or weekly flights with fixed timings and schedules under the law of International Air Transport Association.
There is another type called low cost carriers (LCCs), and most of these airlines are owned by business men or a partnership between the governments and business men, and this type of airlines depends on decreasing the cost of Seats of flights as much as possible by reducing or canceling the extra services such as Catering and luggage weights

- Non-Scheduled Flights Airlines:
These types of flights are mainly leased flights or called Charter Flights, and mostly these flights are leased by Tour Operators and/or Tour Wholesalers which specified in operating flights to most famous tourism destinations during the high seasons.

= Laws and Air Transport Associations:

- Civil Aviation is subject to international rules and laws under supervision of different organizations and associations, coming on the beginning of these organizations "International Civil Aviation Organization"

- International Civil Aviation Organization:
The main role of this organization is oversights on the Civil Aviation Authorities of countries.

- International Air Transport Association:
Which is responsible for managing the commercial side of airlines and operators without any deviation on the flight safety, such as:

> Issuing the standardization of tickets prices and other different agreements of tickets and interline agreements of airlines.
> Putting the standards of travel agents accreditation and cargo agents accreditation.
> The Development of the information technology used in managing the digital ticketing transfer, and now it's managing the new distribution capability (IATA NDC), which is a new system that allows the airlines to sell and distribute its services whether by using ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Cyber ticketing, or by using any other distribution channels.

== مقدمة عن الطيران المدني و شركات الطيران ==

صناعة شركات الطيران Airline Industry هي جزء من صناعة أكبر، يشار إليها باسم صناعة الطيران Aviation Industry، والتي تشمل مجموعة من الأنشطة المشاركة في صناعة وبناء الطائرات و أيضا خدمات الطائرات و حجز التذاكر و خدمات اخري.

== أنواع خدمات شركات الطيران Airline Types ==

يمكن تصنيف خدمة رحلات خطوط الطيران الجوية الي نوعين رئيسيين من خطوط شركات الطيران، شركات الرحلات المجدولة Airline scheduled flights وشركات الرحلات غير المجدولة Non-Schedule Flights(Airlines).

- شركات الطيران المجدولة Airline Scheduled Services
وهي شركات الطيران التي لها جداول ومواعيد ثابتة خاضعة لقوانين الهيئة الدولية للنقل الجوي-الاياتا. يمكن تصنيف شركات الطيران التي تقدم خدمة رحلات مجدولة على أنها شركات طيران رئيسية و رحلاتها مجدوله مهما كانت اعداد الركاب علي الطائره.
أما النوع الثاني فهو شركات طيران منخفضة التكلفة Low cost carriers (LCCs) وهي شركات في اغلبها مملوكة للقطاع الخاص او بالمشاركة بين القطاع الخاص والحكومي او المشاركة بين دولتين او أكثر، وتعتمد في فكره تسويقها على سياسة خفض تكاليف قيمة المقاعد المباعة على رحلاتها في مقابل تقليل او الغاء الخدمات الإضافية مثل خدمة الوزن او الوجبات.

- شركات الطيران الغير مجدولة Non-Scheduled Flights

الرحلات الجوية غير المجدولة هي في الأساس رحلات مستأجرة او ما يسمي بالطيران العارض charter flights وهي أنواع من الرحلات يقوم على استئجارها في اغلب الأحوال شركات السياحة او الرحلات العملاقة Tour Wholesalers المتخصصة في عمل رحلات الي وجهات سياحية مشهور اثناء فترات الذروة لخفض تكاليف الرحلة.

== قوانين و تشريعات الطيران المدني و المنظمات الحاكمة في صناعة النقل الجوي Air Transport Organizations ==

- يخضع الطيران المدني لقوانين و تشريعات عالميه و تحت رقابه من منظمات مختلفه و تأتي في مقدمه هذه المنظمات،

- منظمه الطيران المدني الدولي ICAO International Civil Aviation Organization و الني تقوم بالرقابه علي سلطه الطيران المدني للدوله التابعه لها ثم تقوم السلطه بالرقابه علي شركات الطيران و الشركات التي تخضع لقوانين الطيران المدني

- الهيئة الدولية للنقل الجوي-الاياتا International Air Transport Association – IATA
وهي المنظمة المسئولة عن إدارة الجانب التجاري والتقني في صناعة شركات الطيران وتقوم علي:

> وضع قوانين أسعار تذاكر شركات الطيران والاتفاقيات المتعددة للنقل على أكثر من شركة طيران على تذكرة سفر واحدة وقبول شركات الطيران تبادل الركاب والبضائع والمستندات Interline Agreements
> وضع شروط وضوابط اعتماد شركات السياحة Travel Agency Accreditation او شركات الشحن Cargo Agent Accreditation الراغبة في استخدام خدمات شركات الطيران.
> تطوير تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستخدمة وإدارة التحول الالكتروني كالتحول للتذاكر الالكترونية والان تدير ما يطلق علية القدرة التوزيعية الجديدة IATA New Distribution Capability – IATA NDC وهو نظام جديد يتيح لشركات الطيران حرية البيع وتوزيع الخدمات سواء باستخدام احد نظم الحجز مثل نظام اماديوس, نظام جاليليو, او نظام سيبر, او من خلال التوزيع او البيع من خلال أي قناه توزيع اخري.
يستخدم شركات السياحة نظم حجز واصدار تذاكر الطيران اماديوس, جاليليو, وسيبر الي جانب مراجعة محركات البحث المتخصصة للحصول علي افضل اسعار تذاكر الطيران لعملائهم.
