We invite you to submit your manuscript to the Transcultural Journal for Humanities and Social Sciences (TJHSS): Volume (6), Issue (4), July 2025. The Journal is an open access published by Badr University in Cairo, BUC, and indexed in EKB, MLA, EBSCO, DOAJ (The Directory of Open Access Journals) and scored (7 out of 7) in the recent evaluation of the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities. The journal welcomes manuscripts in a variety of languages, including English, Italian, German, Spanish, French, Chinese, and Arabic. All submissions undergo rigorous blind peer review by multiple reviewers. Authors can expect acknowledgment of their submissions within one week of receipt. We endeavor to provide feedback on the suitability of manuscripts for publication within one month.
THE TJHSS ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING CONTRIBUTION:
Articles: The manuscript should not be less than 4,000 and not more than 10,000 words, should be accompanied by an abstract (150-250 words), keywords (5 to 6), and those written in languages other than English should have an English abstract.
Book reviews: 2000 words
Discussion Forums: proposals to be discussed with editors.
Interviews: proposals to be discussed with the editors.

Submission deadline: 15 June 2025.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
All submissions to TJHSS must be made electronically via the ONLINE submission and peer review system. E-mailed submissions will not be accepted. First-time users must create an AUTHOR ACCOUNT. For instructions for creating an author account, click here.
ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES (APCS):
TJHSS requires a fee at the time of manuscript submission to support the peer review process and cover printing costs. Manuscripts will be held for publication until the Article Processing Charge (APC) is received.
Authors affiliated with Egyptian universities, including BUC, are required to pay 2000 Egyptian Pounds for a manuscript of up to 20 pages. Authors should ensure that the full amount is remitted, as any bank charges are the responsibility of the author. There is an additional fee of 30 Egyptian Pounds for each page beyond the initial 20 pages.
Authors affiliated with non-Egyptian universities are required to pay 150 USD for a manuscript of up to 20 pages. Authors should ensure that the full amount is remitted, as any bank charges are the responsibility of the author. There is an additional fee of 5 USD for each page beyond the initial 20 pages.
The Journal provides (5) printed copies of their papers and a copy of the whole issue. Please notify us in advance if you need your copies. Additional costs are liable in case you need these copies mailed to you.
