"I had the honor of attending the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, and as usual, since it wasn't my first time, it was one of the most beautiful experiences in my life dealing with a government entity at this level, where I encountered excellent organization, warm welcome, noticeable development, and dedicated assistance provided by the authority.
