يتقدم نموذج محاكاة محكمة العدل الدولية بخالص التهنئة لمعالي الأستاذ الدكتور عادل أبو هشيمة بمناسبة تعيينه عميداً لكلية الحقوق جامعة بني سويف. نتمنى لسيادته دوام التوفيق والنجاح، ونسأل الله أن يوفقه في تحقيق المزيد من الإنجازات التي ترفع من شأن الكلية والجامعة.

أعلن الدكتور منصور حسن رئيس جامعة بني سويف، صدور قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 543 لسنة 2024، بتعيين الدكتور عادل أبو هشيمة محمود حسن عميداً لكلية الحقوق لمدة ثلاث سنوات.
يذكر أن الدكتور عادل تخرج من كلية الحقوق 1990 بتقدير امتياز، وعين معيداً بقسم القانون الدولي الخاص 1992، وعين مدرساً مساعداً بالقسم 1993، وحصل على درجة الدكتوراه في القانون الدولي الخاص عام 2003 من جامعة القاهرة فرع بني سويف بالتعاون مع جامعة باريس 2013، عين رئيساً لقسم القانون الدولي الخاص 2010، تولى منصب المنسق الأكاديمي لشعبة اللغة الإنجليزية من 2008 إلى 2013، ومدير مركز المؤتمرات جامعة بني سويف من 2007 إلى 2013 ، وعميد كلية القانون جامعة المدينة عجمان من 2013 إلى 2023.

Congratulations to Dr. Ahmad Salah El Alfy on receiving his PhD in Public International Law with a grade of "Very Good with Honors," as well as for sharing his thesis with other universities and recommending it for publication at the university's expense! 🎓

This achievement is not just an academic certificate, but the result of years of hard work and determination to excel. Moreover, Dr. Ahmed's distinction is not only due to his extensive knowledge but also his noble character and his continuous commitment to guiding and supporting others in the field of education and legal practice.

📌 أهداف النشاط:

1. تعريف الطلاب بدور محكمة العدل الدولية ومجالات العمل فيها، وتعزيز فهمهم للقضايا القانونية الدولية.

2. تدريب الطلاب على المهارات الأساسية المطلوبة في المحاكمات الدولية، مثل البحث القانوني وصياغة المرافعات والترافع، بما يهيئهم للتعامل مع القضايا القانونية المتنوعة.

3. تنظيم محاكم صورية تحاكي عمل محكمة العدل الدولية، وإقامة ورش عمل وندوات .

4. تقديم تجربة تفاعلية تمكن الطلاب من اكتساب خبرات عملية وتنمية مهاراتهم القانونية، بما يؤهلهم لدخول سوق العمل بكفاءة.

هذه الندوة تمثل فرصة قيّمة للطلاب المهتمين بتطوير مهاراتهم في القانون والاستفادة من تجربة تعليمية تفاعلية تساهم في تعزيز مهاراتهم القانونية.

•The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is the principal judicial body of the United Nations, established in 1945. It is based in The Hague, Netherlands, and serves to resolve legal disputes between countries and provide legal advice to the UN and other international organizations. The court operates based on international law, and its decisions are binding on the states that agree to its jurisdiction. The ICJ plays a key role in promoting international justice and maintaining global peace and security.
•The International Court of Justice is not a criminal court. It does not only prosecute individuals. Disputes between States can be submitted to it. The Court consists of 15 judges elected by the General Assembly and the Security Council for nine years. Five posts are renewed every three years. Judges may be re-elected. All members of the Court must be from a different country, not representing their country, but independent judges.

• محكمة العدل الدولية (ICJ) هي الهيئة القضائية الرئيسية للأمم المتحدة، التي أنشئت في عام 1945. يقع مقرها في لاهاي، هولندا، وتعمل على حل النزاعات القانونية بين البلدان وتقديم المشورة القانونية للأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية الأخرى. تعمل المحكمة على أساس القانون الدولي، وقراراتها ملزمة للدول التي توافق على اختصاصها. وتؤدي محكمة العدل الدولية دورا رئيسيا في تعزيز العدالة الدولية وصون السلم والأمن العالميين.
•محكمه العدل الدوليه ليست محكمه جنائية، فهي لا تحاكم الافراد فقط يمكن عرض المنازعات بين الدول عليها. تتكون المحكمة من 15 قاضيا تنتخبهم الجمعية العامة ومجلس الامن لمدة تسع سنوات، ويتم تجديد خمس وظائف كل ثلاث سنوات ربما يعاد انتخاب القضاه يجب ان يكون جميع اعضاء المحكمة من بلد مختلف لا يمثلون بلادهم بل قضاه مستقلون.
