Under the patronage of Dean of Faculty of Oral & Dental Medicine, Nahda University, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐒𝐮𝐳𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐢𝐟-𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 𝐈𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐦 and 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐥-𝐌𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐲, Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environment, and 𝐃𝐫. 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐥e𝐝 𝐀𝐥-𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢, Director of Continuing Dental Education & Training Center, and in collaboration with 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 (KMC), a scientific event titled "Predictable Management of Separated Instruments" was organized. The event was presented by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧 - Lecturer of Endodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University.
The aim of this scientific event was to develop skills and expertise in the retrieval of separated instruments during root canal therapy using magnification systems, ultrasonic devices, and micro-endodontic techniques, alongside understanding the factors contributing to instrument separation and implementing preventive measures. Such scientific events serve as valuable opportunities to enhance practical skills and applied knowledge for students, interns, and graduates, reaffirming the college’s commitment to providing high-quality educational programs that support dental specialties.

تحت رعاية عميدة كلية طب الفم والأسنان بجامعة النهضة، الأستاذة الدكتورة/ سوزان سيف الله إبراهيم، والأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد المفتي - وكيل الكلية لخدمة المجتمع وشئون البيئة، والدكتور/ خالد السعودي - مدير مركز التعليم والتدريب المستمر، وبالتعاون مع شركة قنديل الطبية، تم تنظيم حدث علمي بعنوان "المعالجة المتوقعة للأدوات المنفصلة"، قدمه الدكتور/ محمد محسن أبي الحسن - مدرس علاج الجذور بكلية طب الأسنان، جامعة القاهرة.
هدف هذا الحدث العلمي إلى تطوير المهارات والخبرات في استخراج الأدوات المنفصلة أثناء علاج قنوات الجذور باستخدام تقنيات أنظمة التكبير، وأجهزة الموجات فوق الصوتية، وتقنيات علاج قناة الجذر الدقيقة، مع فهم العوامل التي تُسهم في انفصال الأدوات واتخاذ التدابير الوقائية. يُعد مثل هذا الحدث العلمي فرصة قيمة لتعزيز المهارات العملية والخبرات التطبيقية للطلاب، وأطباء الامتياز، والخريجين، ويؤكد التزام الكلية بتقديم برامج تعليمية عالية الجودة تدعم تخصصات الأسنان.

💡 Instrument separation during endodontic treatment is considered one of the most challenging procedural complications encountered by clinicians. Advances in magnification systems, ultrasonic devices, and micro-endodontic techniques have significantly improved the predictability and success rates of instrument retrieval procedures. Predictable management of separated instruments depends not only on technical skills and armamentarium, but also on understanding the factors contributing to instrument fracture and adopting preventive measures.

His clinical expertise encompasses the management of complex endodontic cases, including the treatment of failed root canals, retreatment of challenging cases, and removal of fractured instruments from the root canal system. نظمت وحدة التعليم المستمر بكلية طب الفم والأسنان و تحت إشراف الأستاذة الدكتورة/ سوزان سيف الله ابراهيم – عميدة الكلية ، والأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد شريف المفتي – وكيل الكلية لخدمة المجتمع وشئون البيئة ، و الدكتور/ خالد وجيه السعودي – مدير وحدة التعليم المستمر و التدريب ، "كورس أساسيات زراعة الأسنان ٢٠٢٦" و لمدة ٦ أيام لاكتساب المزيد من المهارات اللازمة لتطوير كفاءة الطلبة و أطباء الامتياز و الخريجين اتجاه المرضى وكذلك لتلبية احتياجات مجتمع طب الأسنان الحديث. تناولت محاضرات الكورس مقدمة في زراعة الاسنان والتشخيص ووضع الخطط العلاجية المختلفة و حلول معالجة مشاكل انحسار العظم واللثة قبل أو مع زراعة الاسنان ، مكونات أنظمة زراعة الأسنان ، البروتوكولات الجراحية ، إدارة الأنسجة الرخوة ، التركيبات الثابتة و المتحركة. كما تضمن الكورس عمل ورشة عمل مفصلة لاستخدام برامج الأشعة لتصميم وعمل دليل جراحي لزراعة الاسنان ، بالإضافة إلى بث حي لعملية زراعة فورية. حاضر في اليوم السادس للكورس الدكتور/ علي السروري – استاذ مساعد التركيبات المتحركة.
