About the Role
As a Marketing Strategist, you will act as the strategic brain behind our marketing projects. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop data-driven marketing strategies, and collaborate with our creative team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, and expectations.
• Perform market, competitor, and audience research.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including:
• Brand positioning
• Content strategy
• Digital marketing channels
• Customer journey optimization
• Create actionable ex*****on plans with clear timelines, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and account managers to ensure successful implementation.
• Review deliverables to ensure they align with the approved strategy.
• Present strategic recommendations and manage client expectations professionally.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Introduce innovative marketing ideas, tools, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Ability to translate business goals into practical marketing solutions.

• Experience in a marketing agency or client-facing role is a plus.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or agency environments.
