Math aspiration, duty of following the passion, perseverance of presenting a product describing the passion by grabbing phantasy from the imagination world and bringing it to our real life world are all gathered in shaping the way of creating our BS Math & Mechanics Club. The BS Math & Mechanics Club founding was a fruit of all the previous. It was created by its new form with a group that was ful

l of the spirit of determination to benefit all its members, not only in maths, but in real life experiences from soft skills to all possible hard skills. Our true beginning came in the academic year, with a season that lasted a full year. Sixteen promising students were the core of the founding of our club, with "Abd-Elramnan Mohamed Eldaly" serving as president and representative for this group and club. These new leaders established, from the moment this club first existed, five principles and goals that became the basis of our entity. The first one is facilitating the curriculum for all STEM students generally, and our beloved school in particular, offering many varieties of online and offline sessions to spread more benefit to our great audience. Also, provideing many different study materials that vary in their difficulty level. The second one is offering many revision sessions that were mentored by other passionate students, or seasoned math teachers from our school or others. Also, offering revision materials before the exams that cover most of the questions' ideas,

The third is to provide all possible information for the majors in our Math branch, demonstrating the variety in it through virtual content from posts, live with qualified students, and experts; and also offline events to provide more benefits and give the opportunity to meet with experts and take a flower from their experience garden. The fourth goal is to create activities and competitions for our club members and school students in general in order to develop their love of math and present math in a new way that will remove math fear and exhaustion and turn it into a fun game. The fifth and final one is informing the audience about all possible extracurricular activities related to math and engineering fields, such as summer programs, new competitions, opening dates, deadlines, and materials for strong preparation.

Have you asked yourself what an aerospace engineer does?
Our story begins in 1903, when the two Wright Brothers had their “Eureka!” moment. Their years of research have culminated in the first motor-powered aircraft. While their airplane flew for a mere 12 seconds, it can be said that this plane has opened heaven's gates to new branches of science and engineering never thought to have been of use before. One of which is Aeronautical engineering, which is the branch of engineering concerning the manufacturing of airplanes. Recently, with new advancements in technology and with the onset of space exploration, the branch has expanded to include astronautical engineering and changed to be called aerospace engineering. Aerospace engineering is a relatively new branch of engineering dealing with all the aspects of making space or aircraft using the help of specialized engineers who work to ensure that aircraft are safe.
Aerospace engineering is the field concerned with developing aircraft and spacecraft. It deals with the mechanical aspect of how an aircraft works. It discusses how its engine works and how it sustains flying. It influences the design of an aircraft’s engine by incorporating the principles of propulsion -a sub-branch of aerospace engineering-. It also answers the question of how an aircraft sustains flight. It answers the question by integrating fluid dynamics and using the concepts of lift and drag.
An aircraft floats due to the difference in pressure between the top and bottom of a wing, The pressure difference is scientifically explained by the curved shape of the wing as it makes the air above the wing move faster. This would make the pressure under the aircraft higher than the pressure above due to Bernoulli’s principle, which states that velocity and pressure are inversely proportional. This pressure difference produces a net upward force called lift. Under aerospace engineering, an aircraft would continue flying if the lift force is more than the pull of gravity on the plane.
An aerospace engineer’s job mainly consists of designing, making, and refining the parts of an aircraft. Aerospace engineers work in teams, as every engineer specializes in a branch or part of the plane. They also ensure that every part is tested under extreme circumstances. To ensure that all parts are working, they may also sometimes man test flights to ensure the plane is working well. They also design parts, or even whole planes which are more efficient than their predecessors.
It is safe to say that aerospace engineering is the epitome of human achievement and a statement of our species’ advancement technologically and scientifically. As such, it has gained its notoriety as one of the hardest fields of study. It has also gained public recognition under another name, rocket science, which has become a metaphor for academically rigorous fields. We can also say at the end that aerospace engineering represents the main application of last century's scientific advancements, and that it -as a field- has come a long way from the Wright Brothers’ flight in 1903.

After a long silence, we have returned!
For everyone struggling with math and mechanics!
We are here to help and supply you with study material for all LOs!
This year, however, will be different, as we will be giving out materials for G11 to continue with our mission of making mathematics more accessible and understandable. Today, we will start with the first LO in math and mechanics.
The 1st LO in math lets you dive into the world of polynomials. You will learn how to graph a polynomial, how to find the zeroes of a polynomial, regardless of its degree, and how to factor it. You’ll know the difference between even and odd functions and learn how to determine the attributes of a graph. Finally, you’ll get a reminder about how the absolute value works, be able to find the inverse of a function and determine its domain and range.
On the other hand, the 1st mechanics' LO is all about friction. By the end of the LO, you’ll be able to know how to calculate the friction exerted by a surface on an object. You’ll also learn the difference between static and kinetic friction. In addition to that, you should know how to model friction in a free-body diagram and be able to find the normal force and coefficient of friction.
To help our fellow students and colleagues with both LOs, we have decided to give out study material in both LOs in the shape of a PowerPoint thoroughly explaining the LOs, and a test bank with enough questions to test your knowledge and understanding of both LOs. LO2!

We are happy to introduce to you study materials for the 2nd LO in Math and Mechanics. By the end of the math LO, you should learn more about rational functions and know more about asymptotes and their types. Inversely, you'll learn in the 2nd mechanics LO about the cross and dot products. Take a look at the drive link, and see for yourself the material.
