If you give your time and emotional energy to another woman, you're cheating.

Maintaining boundaries and respect in a relationship is crucial.

Making your partner feel valued and secure is key. ❤️

“You're looking a bit off today, is everything okay?” one of my classmates randomly asked this to a girl (say X) as soon as she entered the class. In reality, she wasn't looking down or any such thing, but he just wanted to mess with her mind.X denied saying that she's perfectly fine.A few minutes later, he questioned her again “Are you sure you're okay? You don't look like” X now tried harder to look happy because she felt that everybody thinks something is wrong with her today. But the guy once again asked her the same question after a few lectures. X now actually started feeling low By the end of the day, X was into tears at the fact that she's actually sad and she couldn't hide it anymore. But was she actually sad right from the start of the day? Of course not. She was neutral and fresh back then.it's just that the guy successfully tricked her into believing that she's appearing gloomy. Just like everyone else, X too had her share of lows in her life. The more the guy asked her if she was okay, the more she was reminded of all that was going wrong in her life. And that's how at the end she actually broke down. I don't know if this psychological trick will work on a lot of people or not, but having witnessed it live throughout the day, I was dead sure of its power. Another example of this is when you tell someone “You're looking very happy today!” even when they don't. If you keep showering them with such phrases, you’ll yourself see how they bloom with uncontrolled bliss by the end of the day.

Our six-year-old handed us a note. His teacher had called my wife and I in for an emergency meeting. We asked our son if he had any idea why

and he said, "She didn't like a drawing I did."

We went in the next day.

His teacher pulled the drawing below out and said, "I asked him to draw his family and he drew this. Would you mind explaining?"

"Not at all." my wife said. "Family vacation. Snorkeling off the Bahamas. 😂😂

FROM AGE 18-55, KNOW THIS:
1. Take care of your body. Remember health is another form of wealth.

2. Normalize walking some paths alone because goals are personal.

3. Be mature enough to control your emotions. Learn to react less.

4. Free yourself from society's advice, most of them have no idea of what they're doing.

5. Don't waste your energy to fear. Use your energy to believe, learn, create, and grow.

6. If you want to be happy. always have zero expectations of others.

7. Don't try to change anyone. Change how you deal with them.

8. Your circle is supposed to be proud, not jealous.

9. Tell no one about your plans, level up in private.

10. You won't be young forever, do what makes you happy every day.

11. Do yourself a favor, and get rich; Life gets easier with money not time.

12. Master self-discipline and consistency and watch your life change.

O God, I do face temptations and enticements. Please guard my heart, my life, and my example. Please help me be a person of character and integrity. In addition, please enable me to lead, protect, guard, and warn my loved ones — those in my physical and spiritual families and help them avoid stumbling and falling in trials and temptations. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

We talk about Mother Nature, but do you realize that Scripture doesn't talk about mother nature? but identifies Jesus as the power behind the order of our universe? He sustains our world with his powerful word. Not only did he save us by his sacrifice on the Cross, but he now sustains our universe with his powerful words of loving grace. He sustains us spiritually through his words of teaching. And this Word, who speaks to us and to our universe, is the essence of God himself. He purified us from our sins, failures, and shortcomings while he was on earth and now reigns in glory until he returns to take us home!

The worst thing to get away from you in life is not money or people. It's time. Money can be earned again and people will come and go, but time. Time is irreplaceable. Be ever so mindful of how you spend the time that you have left.

This is the place where people start to lower their voices and raise their minds.

Don't always rush for an apology.

God works according to the law of gradual growth, so don’t be discouraged if your progress seems slow. It is
better that things are slow and solid rather than fast and fragile.
Trust God’s timing and enjoy your journey.
