Prof. Djemai is a Professor at the University of Sciences and Technology Houari Boumediene (USTHB), Algeria, and currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Earth Sciences. He is also a Member of the Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee at USTHB, Vice President of ArabGU, Vice-Chairman of AIC-1, and an active member of the IAGETH National Chapter – Algeria.

With his extensive academic leadership and strong commitment to ethics and education in geosciences, Prof. Djemai brings valuable expertise to the GeoEducation and GeoEthics Committee of MESC.
