A striking case of ocular involvement in Nevus of Ota โ a dermal melanocytic disorder characterized by bluish-gray pigmentation along the distribution of the ophthalmic and maxillary branches of the trigeminal nerve, with possible scleral, conjunctival, and uveal involvement.
Beyond the cosmetic appearance, these cases deserve careful long-term follow-up due to the association with glaucoma and uveal melanoma. ๐๏ธ
