ضمن مشروع شباب مصري مزدهر بالشراكة مع المجلس الثقافي البريطاني، بنفخر بإطلاق أول خطوة من مشروع “مدار” بمحافظة القاهرة (منطقة حدائق الزيتون)، واللي بتيجي كمساحة حقيقية للإلهام والتأثير، وبتأكد إن التغيير ممكن يبدأ من أي حد فينا.
“مدار” مبنية على فكرة بسيطة لكن مؤثرة، وهي إن كل شخص يقدر يكون جزء من التغيير جوه مجتمعه، ويسيب أثر حقيقي ومستمر مع الوقت.
المبادرة بتركز على دعم أمهات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقات البصرية، من خلال تدريبهم على صناعة العطور عبر مجموعة من الورش التدريبية، ومساعدتهم في إنتاج أول منتج ليهم، وبعدها تبدأ مرحلة الإنتاج والتسويق بهدف تحسين أوضاعهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وفتح باب لمصدر دخل يساعدهم على الاستمرار والاستقلال.

وأول خطوة من المشروع كانت باستضافة ودعم من مؤسسة كن عيني شريكنا الاستراتيجي، اللي شغالين على رعاية وتأهيل وتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. كان ليهم دور كبير جدًا مع تيم “مدار” في التنسيق والتنفيذ والتواصل مع الامهات، وده ساعد إن المرحلة الأولى تطلع بشكل يعكس روح التعاون والإيمان الحقيقي بأهمية التمكين المجتمعي.

ممتنين جدًا لكل الدعم والمجهود اللي اتبذل من فريق المؤسسة، واللي كان ليه أثر كبير في نجاح أول خطوة من مدار، ونتمنى إن ده يكون بداية لأثر أكبر وتغيير حقيقي ومستدام.

As part of the “Egyptian Youth Thriving Program” in partnership with the British Council, we are proud to launch the first step of “Madar” in Cairo (Hadayek El Zaytoun), which comes as a real space for inspiration and impact, confirming that change can start from any one of us.
“Madar” is built on a simple yet impactful idea: that every person can be part of change within their community and leave a real and lasting impact over time.

The initiative focuses on supporting mothers of individuals with visual impairments by training them in perfume-making through a series of workshops, helping them produce their first product, and then moving into the production and marketing phase with the aim of improving their economic and social conditions and creating a source of income that supports their continuity and independence.

The first step of the project was hosted and supported by our strategic partner, kon 3ainee, which works on the care, rehabilitation, and empowerment of persons with disabilities.

They played a major role alongside the “Madar” team in coordination, implementation, and communication with the mothers, which helped the first phase come to life in a way that truly reflects the spirit of collaboration and the real belief in the importance of community empowerment.

We are truly grateful for all the support and efforts made by the foundation’s team, which had a significant impact on the success of the first step of “Madar.” We hope this will be the beginning of an even greater impact and a real, sustainable change.

على مدار حوالي 8 شهور، كانوا موجودين بكل إلتزام ومجهود ودعم حقيقي، كل واحد فيهم حقيقي كان ليه دور مهم و ساهم في خلق تجربة مليانة تعلم وتأثير وطاقة إيجابية للشباب.
