She has helped organizations such as Nestlé, the American Heart Association, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Samsung, and Google discover emerging trends and explore future contingencies and opportunities.

Besides delivering subject matter expertise, consulting, and speaking, she has proven success in quality assurance, optimizing ML processes and solutions, developing research design, frameworks, advanced spreadsheets and dashboards, process documents, tooling, custom NLP code, ML/ statistical models, reports and other types of documentation used by clients and coworkers. As a quality engineer and SME, she led a trend analysis team tasked with discovering weak signals of change to identify opportunities for UI improvements and product development. As an LQE her role is to align quality engineers and search language specialists with stakeholder goals and guidelines, manage projects, and drive process improvement.

As a futurist with a unique psychology background and as an experienced consultant, she is currently an advisor to several key projects in the UK and Global Metaverse Industry as well as a Metaverse Expert for Interpol.

In 2022, She was commissioned by the Canada Council for the Arts, Greenhouse Digital, for new research investigating creativity, movement, and self-expression in the Metaverse.

Amir H. Gandomi is a Professor of Data Science and an ARC DECRA Fellow at the Faculty of Engineering & Information Technology, University of Technology Sydney. Prior to joining UTS, Prof. Gandomi was an Assistant Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology, USA and a distinguished research fellow at BEACON center, Michigan State University, USA.
He has received multiple prestigious awards for his research excellence and impact, such as the 2022 Walter L. Huber Prize which is known as the highest-level mid-career research award in all areas of civil engineering.

Farid Khan is the former Chair - South Asia Operations of IEEE Smart Village, and a co-architect of the global program; an entrepreneur; keynote speaker; former head of business at Hitachi Software Europe; a senior change management & cybersecurity consultant; published writer and, above all, a humanitarian worker.

Moreover, Farid is on the board of WHEELS Charity Foundation - a pan-India humanitarian venture by IIT-Alumni. He is a founder member of the WHEELS Health Council and has held other non-exec positions with US/UK agencies.
Based out of UK, he visits India frequently and has extensively written and spoken on a wide range of topics, including emerging technologies. technology interventions in Development across Asia, Europe, and the US.
Farid is an Electrical Engineer from Aligarh Muslim University with a Master's in IT Law from the University of London and a Master's in Development Practice from Regus University, Colorado, USA.

World Environment Day is an annual event held on 5 June since 1973 and is led by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). The main objective of this day is to raise global awareness and encourage individuals, companies, and governments to take action to protect the environment.
The theme for World Environment Day 2023 is , and the focus will be on finding solutions to plastic pollution. Plastic pollution is a significant issue worldwide, with over 400 million tonnes of plastic produced annually, and less than 10% is recycled. This leads to 19-23 million tonnes of plastic waste entering waterways annually, which poses health risks due to microplastics.
Governments, companies, and individuals must take urgent action to address plastic pollution and other environmental issues. The United Nations has endorsed a resolution to end plastic pollution and create an international agreement by 2024, aiming to shift towards a circular economy where plastics will be recycled and reused. Joining the movement and participating in World Environment Day 2023 can promote transforming action to address environmental issues.

Disruptive technologies can have a significant impact on environmental resilience and sustainability. Digitalization has the potential to accelerate decarbonization and promote sustainability across sectors if used appropriately. However, sustainable digitalization requires cooperation between sustainability researchers, digital pioneers, and governments to create adequate incentive schemes and low-carbon-oriented business models.
The deployment of new technologies, such as the Internet of Things, digital twins, and artificial intelligence, can enhance the climate resilience of critical infrastructure by providing rapid assessments of asset conditions and supporting decision-making. However, there is a lack of consensus, integrated approaches, and legislation in support of their use. A multidisciplinary roadmap is necessary to deploy digital technologies, tools, and monitoring systems to ensure success and empower climate and sustainability actors.
