سيقوم الطلبه بعمل مشروع نهاءي في اخر الدوره و سيتم تحكيمه من قبل لجنه من المتخصصين

يقو بتحضير والتدريس في هذه الدورة الفنان الكبير نزير الطنبولي، بالإضافة للعديد من الأساتذة الزائرين.

الدورة مفتوحة للطلبة وللفنانين الشباب الذين حصلوا على قدر من التعليم الرسمي وغير الرسمي.

The course

Intensive advanced drawing course targeting artists in their mid-20s to 30s who already have had relative education and training. They will come from different disciplines and what they have in common is that drawing is an essential part of what they do. The course will discuss drawing as a technical, functional skill. Yet by doing that we will have to go into the historical, philosophical, and technical details. The course will allow the participants, while coming from all professions and backgrounds, to understand the bigger picture. As practitioners of the same crafts and skills, it will allow them to pass experience amongst themselves, which hopefully will lead to multiple transactional learning – where, by being exposed to different practices, they will learn the possibilities of moving between professions using their skills. The course aims at liberating drawing from the narrow notion of art, and crossing the gap between art, craft and design aiming in the long run to energize the Renaissance notion of the draftsman as an independent thinker and independent creative unit

The course will be divided into a series of talks, accompanied by technical exercises, lectures, using examples such as AV materials, samples, and so on; visiting lecturers and talks by successful professionals whose career has drawing at the foundation of the practice

The participants in the course will have the opportunity firstly to meet these professionals, to attend a lecture given by them, and these professionals will participate in a critical assessment of the students’ work in progress. Also students will have to hand in a graduation project and they will be judged by a jury of professionals

The course will run for 6 week starting Monday 31/8/2015. and for 6 weeks, 3 times a week, 4-8pm

This course is to be thought for the very first time anywhere in the world and for this
time only the course will be free of charge so apply and book your place as soon as
possible as we are going to accept 12 student maximum . Dead line for submission is 25/8/2015
