This year, the School of Business Administration at Nile University successfully concluded 20 Global Exchange Dialogues (GExD) sessions as part of the Virtual Exchange Program under the Aspen Institute Grant.
Throughout the academic year, students engaged with international educators, industry experts, and peers from around the world, exploring diverse topics including innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, sustainability, student wellbeing, and the future of work.
In collaboration with partners from Georgia State University (USA), ESCA Ecole de Management (Morocco), and South Mediterranean University (Tunisia), our students participated in meaningful cross-cultural discussions that expanded their global outlook and strengthened their ability to navigate an increasingly interconnected world.
This initiative strongly aligns with the internationalization vision of the School of Business Administration, led by Professor Hayam Wahba, Dean of the School of Business Administration, emphasizing the importance of global exposure as a cornerstone of modern business education.
The season concluded with insightful sessions led by Dr. Noha Alaa on balancing freelancing and academic life, and Dr. Menna Kaoud on fostering innovation through corporate entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.

For the third consecutive year, the Virtual Exchange Program between Nile University’s School of Business Administration and Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business continues to connect students across borders through meaningful global learning experiences.
What started as a promising collaboration has grown into a thriving international partnership, with more than 600 students participating in Virtual Exchange projects over the past three years. This academic year marked another milestone, with the addition of 15 new collaborative teams across courses including International Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Research, and Consulting for Small Businesses.
The initiative reflects the School of Business Administration’s commitment to internationalization and preparing students to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
Special thanks go to Dr. Menna Kaoud and Dr. Heba Tolba, along with Teaching Assistants Sahar Salem and Mariam Alaa, for their dedicated efforts and continuous support throughout the academic year.
The program is supported by the Aspen Institute Grant, coordinated by Dr. Noha Alaa - Committee Lead of Internationalization and Industry Linkage at the School of Business Administration.

The digital world is constantly evolving, and understanding its ecosystem is the first step toward building a successful career within it.
Our graduating seniors had the opportunity to explore the dynamic landscape of digital marketing and media buying during an insightful session led by Mohamed Hossam, Founder of Digital Wonks and Digital Strategy Consultant with over 15 years of regional and international experience.
The session provided a comprehensive overview of the digital marketing ecosystem, its key stakeholders, and the role of data, AI, and algorithms in shaping digital interactions. Students also gained valuable insights into media buying, industry best practices, career opportunities across client and agency sides, and the mindset needed to thrive in today’s digital landscape.
Beyond technical knowledge, the discussion highlighted the importance of professionalism, ethical business practices, and building lasting client relationships, essential skills for every future marketer.
This session was part of our graduating seniors’ wish list, reflecting our commitment to connecting students with industry leaders and real-world expertise.

Bringing real business challenges into the classroom.
To conclude the semester, students in the B2B Marketing course at Nile University had the opportunity to apply their knowledge to a real-world case, developing integrated communication mix approaches for Office Hub, a leading player in the KSA market.
Led by our industry partner, Dr. Hazem El Senoussi, Strategy Consultant and Co-Founder & Managing Director at Mangnablitz, the session challenged students to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and develop creative solutions addressing both B2B and B2C objectives.
The experience provided valuable industry exposure, with insightful feedback and practical perspectives on how business strategy shapes impactful communication strategies.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Hazem El Senoussi for sharing his expertise and guidance, and we are proud of the creativity, dedication, and professionalism demonstrated by our students. Special thanks also go to Dr. Noha Alaa for delivering the course and to TA Menna Magdy for her efforts in making this final session a memorable conclusion to the semester.

The School of Business Administration proudly thanks our valued industry partner, Dabur Ltd., for their outstanding support to our students in the Principles of Marketing course.
Special appreciation to Ms. Nehal Adly, Deputy Marketing Manager, and Ms. Doaa Abdulrahman, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager, for mentoring and supporting our students as they worked on launching two new products for Dabur and Vatika.
The final presentations were attended by the Dean of the School of Business Administration, Prof. Hayam Wahba, and participating teams were recognized during Achievement Day with Certificates of Appreciation from both Dabur Ltd. and the School.
The course was supervised by Dr. Noha Alaa, with the support of TAs Menna Magdy and Haidy Hassan.

From theory to practice, Building Sustainable Brands
The School of Business Administration was pleased to host Mr. Hatem El Naggar, Branding Consultant and Co-Founder of Pizza Station Ltd., for two sessions as part of the Brand Management course.
During these sessions, Mr. El Naggar shared the journey of Pizza Station, founded in 2002, highlighting how the brand has successfully grown within a highly competitive market. He explored the core pillars of the brand’s DNA, illustrating how its values, positioning, persona, and tone of voice were thoughtfully developed and consistently maintained. He also emphasized the importance of a compelling brand narrative, supported by effective ex*****on and integrated communication strategies tailored to target audiences.
In the second session, students applied their learning by developing brand personas for their projects. Mr. El Naggar provided valuable, constructive feedback, helping them further refine their work in preparation for their final presentations. The sessions also offered practical insights into executing 360-degree campaigns from an agency perspective.
The experience was highly interactive, featuring hands-on activities that guided students through key branding elements—from purpose and positioning to persona development, storytelling, and communication.

The School of Business was pleased to host a valuable Primavera training session delivered by Eng. Mohamed Ghanem owner of Easy PMP Academy part of Dr. Mohamed ElMehalawi's Project Management course within the Supply Chain Management major.
The session provided students with practical exposure to Primavera, enhancing their understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource management, and performance monitoring, which are key competencies in modern project and supply chain management.

We were delighted to host Moussa Asfour, Deputy CEO of Carina, as a guest speaker in our Marketing Distribution Channels course
Our students had the opportunity to connect theory with real-world insights, as Mr. Asfour shared his expertise on retail and distribution practices across different markets.
From understanding the differences in consumer preferences between Egypt and the Gulf, to exploring how these impact product assortment, pricing, and inventory decisions—students gained valuable, practical knowledge. The session also covered key growth strategies like market development and pe*******on, as well as the evolving dynamics between online and offline channels.
