We are excited to welcome Antanas from Techin in Vilnius, Lithuania, who has just started his long-term internship in mechanical engineering at Insero in Tallinn! 🇪🇪 🇱🇹

During the coming 3 months, Antanas will gain hands-on experience by working on real engineering tasks, including:
🔧 creating sketches of structural details
💻 developing concept designs
📐 CAD modeling
📄 preparing engineering drawings
📊 performing calculations and simulations related to his designs.

We are confident that, under the guidance of Insero’s highly skilled engineers, this internship will be an inspiring and valuable step in Antanas’s professional journey.

🌍 The new school year has started and so have the first Erasmus+ traineeships of the season!

We are happy to welcome students from Daugavpils Tehnoloģiju un tūrisma tehnikums 🇱🇻 to Tallinn 🇪🇪!

💻 IT students Darja Sichugova and Nikita Shishkin gain hands-on experience at G4S, a global leader in the security industry.

🔋 Pavel Konoshonoks, a future renewable energy technician, is hosted by Connecto, the company currently building the largest solar park in the Baltic States.

🚛 Future logisticians Evelina Kudirka, Valerija Eigima, Valerija Yushin, Martin Sulainis, and Artjom Shilov are on a traineeship at Via 3L, one of the leading logistics companies in the Baltics.

We are truly grateful to our partner companies for always being ready to host our trainees and share their expertise, helping them grow professionally!

Of course, it’s not all about work! The trainees have also enjoyed discovering the beauty of Tallinn and taking a trip to Stockholm 🇸🇪 — a great balance of professional growth and cultural experience!
