Paljud loomeettevõtjad usuvad, et jätkusuutlikkus on kallis, et ainult andest piisab või et väike ettevõte ei suuda midagi muuta. Tegelikkuses tähendab jätkusuutliku loomeettevõtte loomine teadlikke otsuseid, ettevõtlusoskuste arendamist ja pikaajalise väärtuse loomist – nii endale, klientidele kui ka kogukonnale.

ARTBiz projekti kaudu toetame loomevaldkonnas tegutsevaid täiskasvanuid – eriti neid, kes seisavad silmitsi erinevate takistustega ettevõtlusega alustamisel. Pakume praktilisi teadmisi, enesekindlust ja tööriistu, mis aitavad luua ning kasvatada jätkusuutlikku loomeettevõtet. “Mis on RemoteHeR?” 🤝 Lubage meil tutvustada RemoteHeR projekti.

RemoteHeR — Empowering Women for Digital & Remote HR Careers on Euroopa Liidu kaasrahastatud Erasmus+ KA220-VET Cooperation Partnership projekt. Kaugtöö on muutnud personalijuhtimise (HR) maailma, kuid selle eelised ei ole jõudnud kõigini võrdselt – eriti naistel on sageli puudunud ligipääs võimalustele ja koolitustele, mis aitaksid selles uues töökeskkonnas edukalt toime tulla.

RemoteHeR vastab sellele väljakutsele, arendades tasuta, kompetentsipõhist koolitust ja avatud e-õppeplatvormi, mis aitab naistel omandada kaugtööks vajalikke digitaalseid ja HR-oskusi. Koolitus on kooskõlas Euroopa raamistikuga, sealhulgas EQF ja DigComp 2.2 standarditega.

Projekt toob kokku neli partnerit Portugalist, Saksamaalt, Hispaaniast ja Eestist ning toetab Erasmus+ prioriteete, mis keskenduvad soolisele võrdõiguslikkusele, kaasamisele ja kutsehariduse ning -koolituse (VET) digitaalsele arengule.

"What is RemoteHeR all about?" 🤝 Allow us to introduce the RemoteHeR project.

RemoteHeR — Empowering Women for Digital & Remote HR Careers is an Erasmus+ KA220-VET Cooperation Partnership co-funded by the European Union. Remote work has transformed the world of HR, yet its benefits have not reached everyone equally — and women, in particular, have often lacked the access and training needed to thrive in this new environment.

RemoteHeR responds to this challenge by developing free, competency-based training and an open e-learning platform, designed to equip women with the digital and HR skills required for remote careers and aligned with European frameworks (EQF, DigComp 2.2).

Bringing together four partners across Portugal, Germany, Spain and Estonia, the project advances Erasmus+ priorities on gender equality, inclusion and the digital transition in VET.

We have officially kicked off the Sa-Fi project in Malta!

We are making great strides in developing modules and innovative tools that empower adults—especially seniors and vulnerable groups—to become more resilient in today’s digital financial ecosystem, where convenience and scams can often be just one text message apart.
