Drawing on a lifetime at the intersection of philosophy, hashtag theory, and leadership, Gerhard brings a profound humanistic lens to this conversation.

A scholar of the legendary Jacques Derrida, former rector and president at multiple universities, and current chairman of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership Foundation, he has spent decades interrogating the cultural forces that shape how we think, act, and design our institutions.
