Berit is our Marketing & Communication leader, bringing almost 15 years of strategic experience to the table. She has a proven track record of creating, shaping, and revolutionising initiatives across the industry.

Her addition means we continue to bring both fresh perspective and seasoned expertise to our community strategy. 😍

Throughout her journey, Berit set herself a clear mission: to truly get her hands dirty in every corner of marketing. And she did so proudly.

From project management, event and retail marketing to direct marketing, employer branding and strategic brand & communications leadership, believe us, Berit has explored the full spectrum with curiosity and courage.

Her experience spans IT, telecommunications, logistics, HR, startups and both the private and public sectors. This broad perspective shaped her signature understanding:
