You’re not here forever. Make it spectacular.

Insomnia- my most expensive personality trait 🙉

Jokes aside… we all have our escape, don’t we?

Shopping. Food. Work. Video games. Alcohol. Travel. S*x. Another person. Constantly being busy.

We call them guilty pleasures, bad habits, distractions… sometimes even passions.

But the real question isn’t what you escape into.

It’s what are you escaping from?

Because underneath it, there’s often something we’d rather not sit still long enough to feel.

And maybe the things we reach for when no one is watching tell us more about ourselves than we realize.

So tell me: what’s your favorite form of escape?

The missing piece to creating your dream life faster.

Your energy.

I think one of the biggest lies we’re sold about relationships is that when you find the “right” person, love should somehow become easy.

It doesn’t.

Two people bring two childhoods, two nervous systems, two family systems, two sets of wounds, expectations, fears and ways of protecting themselves into one relationship.

Of course you will trigger each other sometimes. It is the best thing because it gives us possible to see our wounds and grow!

Of course there will be seasons when you feel incredibly close — and seasons when finding your way back to each other takes more intention.

The goal was never to find someone who never activates anything in you.

The goal is to build a relationship where both people are willing to look at themselves. Don’t skip this part- it is crucial for not getting stuck somewhere where you are the only one willing to make changes. Both partners need to adjust to create the best possible partnership.

Where you can repair after hurting each other.

Where you can tell the truth without constantly fearing the loss of love.

Where you remain curious about the person beside you instead of assuming you already know them.

Where neither person has to abandon themselves in order to keep the relationship.

And maybe lasting love is much less about finding the perfect person…

and much more about two imperfect people continuing to learn how to love each other as they change.

Because love isn’t only something we feel.

It’s something we keep creating. 🤍

The hardest habit to break isn’t people-pleasing.

It’s believing that your worth depends on how much of yourself you give away.

Many of us didn’t become “the strong one” because that’s who we are.
We became the strong one because somewhere along the way we learned that our own needs could wait. That others should come first. That we are the strong ones to handle the situation. That we are accepted by suppressing our needs and emotions.

That love was earned by being easy.
By understanding everyone.
By carrying everyone.
By asking for nothing.

Until one day you realize you’re pouring into people who would never pour into you.

Read that again.

Love shouldn’t require self-abandonment.

You don’t owe unlimited access to people who never protect your energy.

The strongest thing you’ll ever do isn’t giving more.

It’s finally choosing yourself without feeling guilty.

If this hit home, save this for the version of you who’s still trying to earn love by overgiving. I cheer for you! 🤍

What people don’t see in these beautiful pictures:
• the meltdowns
• the miscommunication
• the overstimulation
• the repairing

I’ve learned to see every family trip through a systemic lens. It’s not about perfection — it’s about observing the patterns that show up when everyone is outside of their routine.

Who carries the invisible load?
Who feels left out?
Who leads? Who disappears?
Who gets anxious?

Vacations often mirror the deeper choreography of our family system.

And sometimes, the mess is the medicine.

Let the sand get in your shoes. Let the tears be okay. Let your family trips reveal what’s ready to shift.

PS: These pictures show the fun and beautiful moments, but when you seek real change, the true work begins in the chaos — because only chaos reveals the roles we play without even realizing it, and with that, the opportunity to grow. 🔝

Do family trips sometimes reveal more about your family dynamic than everyday life?

It’s truly special to share this with you my dear IG family! 💫

For almost three months, I’ve been offline, fully immersed in the incredible journey of motherhood. Every moment with my little one is precious, as I witness her growing and changing. Time seems to slip through my fingers, reminding me of the fleeting nature of these early days 😊.

Becoming a mother has transformed me in ways I couldn’t have imagined, especially in my understanding of my own mother. She’s been my rock, my guiding light, and now, I appreciate her more deeply than ever before. I count myself as the luckiest girl in the world to have been raised by such an extraordinary woman. Her unwavering support has given me the courage to explore the world and live life to the fullest, as if I’ve lived a thousand lifetimes.

On this Mother’s Day, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the incredible women out there who embody the essence of motherhood. You are the real superheroes, and your love and sacrifices never go unnoticed. ♥️💫
