On 14 November 2025, a delegation from the Lisbon Benfica Parish Council, together with a representative from Salduse Municipality, visited Pärnu City.

Nordic Knowledge had the opportunity to support the delegation visit.

📚The guests were given an overview of the Estonian education system and discussed potential future cooperation. The delegation also met with the Pärnu City Government and visited the Pärnu HUUB youth centre to learn more about the activities of local community centres.

We hope that this visit has laid a good foundation for the development of cooperation opportunities.✨

🇪🇪🤝🇲🇹 A Warm Thank You to Our Guests from Malta!

We had the pleasure of hosting representatives from the Foundation for Educational Services (FES) during an inspiring study visit in Pärnu, Estonia from March 31st to April 4th, 2025. 🌿✨

This exchange was made possible thanks to the valuable support and collaboration of Mr. Kenneth Vella, Ambassador of Malta — whose dedication to fostering educational cooperation between Estonia and Malta has been truly instrumental. 🙏🇲🇹

Throughout the week, we explored the richness of the Estonian educational landscape — from kindergartens and special needs schools to youth centres and hobby schools.

The focus areas included:
👶 Inclusive education and early intervention
🎨 Opportunities in non-formal education and youth work
📱 Digital tools for communication with parents
👩‍🏫 Support strategies for children with additional needs
🌍 International collaboration and exchange of best practices

FES aimed to gather insights to enhance their after-school services and early years infrastructure in Malta, and we were proud to contribute to this journey with our local expertise and practices. 💡

We had the pleasure of organizing a conference with over 100 participants in Malta for Maltese teachers and officials from the Ministry of Health and Non Governmental organizations to discussed the important topic of teachers' mental health support. Big thank to our expert of mental health expert Ms. Lenne Lillepuu.
The event was made possible through collaboration with the Ambassador of Malta to Estonia and Finland, Kenneth Vella, and St. Joseph Mater Boni Consilii School Paola, Malta

We were honored to have Ms. Roseanne Camilleri, Chief Executive Officer- Mental Health Services within the Ministry for Health and Active Ageing open the conference, and we also had the opportunity to meet Malta's Shadow Minister for Education, Mr. Justin Schembri.
