🔴 اذا كنت سائق شاحنة لنقل البضائع من الصنف ج1 -C1 او ج2 -C2 او ه - E او صنف د-D لنقل الاشخاص ( النقل المدرسي و نقل المسافرين و نقل العمال) فأنت ملزم بالالتحاق بالمركز المعتمد لتكوين السائقين المهنيين Ondefoc الديوان الوطني لتطوير التكوين المتواصل وترقيته للحصول على شهادة الكفاءة المهنية .
🔴 وهذا تطبيقا للقرار الوزاري رقم 49 المؤرخ في 19 ماي 2016 الذي يلزم السائقين و يحدد شروط وكيفيات التكوين للحصول على شهادة الكفاءة المهنية بمراكز التكوين المعتمدة من طرف وزارة النقل.

🚩🚩🚩 شهادة الكفاءة المهنية لسائقي مركبات نقل الأشخاص والبضائع ضرورية عند :

- طلب تجديد رخصة السير لمركبة نقل البضائع عبر الطرقات،
-طلب تجديد رخصة السير.
- تغيير السجل التجاري الى نشاط نقل الاشخاص و نقل البضائع،
- التوظيف في مجال النقل عند الخواص و المؤسسات العمومية،
- المشاركة في اجراء امتحان التوظيف في مجال النقل بفروعه،
-طلب رخص استثنائية لنقل الاشخاص،
-طلب المشاركة في مناقصات المتعلقة بالنقل البري للاشخاص و البضائع.
- لتعزيز مهاراتكم في مجال نقل الأشخاص والبضائع عبر الطرقات حسب المعايير المعمول بها داخل وخارج الوطن.

* طلب خطي للتسجيل في الدورة التكوينية (نسخة مرفقة موجودة على مستوى الديوان )
* شهادة اقامة للمتربص
*شهادة ميلاد
*شهادة طبية طب عام تقدم من طبيب عام Médecine générale
*شهادة طبية صدرية (طبيب مختص ف المراض الصدرية Pneumophtysiologue
*شهادة طبية طب العيون صادة عن طبيب مختص في طب العيون Ophtalmolisist

qualification Certificate for Passenger and Cargo Transportation

🔴 If you are a truck driver for cargo transportation in categories C1 or C2, or for categories H-E or D-D for passenger transportation (school transportation, passenger transportation, and worker transportation), you are required to join the accredited center for training professional drivers, Ondefoc, the National Office for the Development of Continuous Training and Promotion, to obtain a professional competency certificate.

🔴 This is in accordance with Ministerial Decree No. 49 dated May 19, 2016, which requires drivers to undergo training and specifies the conditions and procedures for obtaining the professional competency certificate from training centers approved by the Ministry of Transport.

🚩🚩🚩 The professional competency certificate for drivers of passenger and cargo transport vehicles is necessary for:

Renewing a driving license for a cargo transport vehicle on public roads.
Renewing a driving license.
Changing the commercial registration to include the activities of passenger and cargo transportation.
Employment in the transportation sector for individuals and public institutions.
Participating in transportation employment exams in its various branches.
Applying for special permits for passenger transportation.
Participating in tenders related to land transportation of passengers and cargo.
Enhancing your skills in the field of passenger and cargo transportation on public roads, according to the applicable standards both domestically and internationally.

Written application for registration in the training course (attached copy available at the office).
Residence certificate for the trainee.
Birth certificate.
General medical certificate provided by a general practitioner.
Chest medical certificate (issued by a pulmonologist).
Ophthalmic medical certificate (issued by an ophthalmologist).

🔴 Si vous êtes conducteur de camion pour le transport de marchandises des catégories C1 ou C2, ou des catégories H-E ou D-D pour le transport de passagers (transport scolaire, transport de passagers et transport d'ouvriers), vous êtes tenu de rejoindre le centre accrédité pour la formation des conducteurs professionnels, Ondefoc, l'Office National pour le Développement de la Formation Continue et de la Promotion, afin d'obtenir un certificat de qualification professionnelle.

🔴 Ceci est conforme à l'arrêté ministériel n° 49 en date du 19 mai 2016, qui impose aux conducteurs de suivre une formation et précise les conditions et les procédures pour obtenir le certificat de qualification professionnelle auprès des centres de formation agréés par le Ministère des Transports.

🚩🚩🚩 Le certificat de qualification professionnelle pour les conducteurs de véhicules de transport de passagers et de marchandises est nécessaire pour :

- Renouveler un permis de conduire pour un véhicule de transport de marchandises sur les routes publiques.
- Renouveler un permis de conduire.
- Modifier l'immatriculation commerciale pour inclure les activités de transport de passagers et de marchandises.
- L'emploi dans le secteur du transport auprès des particuliers et des institutions publiques.
- Participer aux examens d'embauche dans le domaine du transport et ses différentes branches.
- Demander des permis spéciaux pour le transport de passagers.
- Participer aux appels d'offres liés au transport routier de passagers et de marchandises.
- Améliorer vos compétences dans le domaine du transport de passagers et de marchandises sur les routes publiques, conformément aux normes applicables tant au niveau national qu'international.

- Certificat de résidence pour le stagiaire.
Acte de naissance.
_ Certificat médical général délivré par un médecin généraliste.

- Certificat médical ophtalmique (délivré par un ophtalmologiste).
