📣 We are hiring Educational Content Creators for English - Full time Job 📣

Do you have experience as an English teacher and want to find a fulfilling mission that matches your skills?

At Witty, you will have an opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

🟠 What you'll do:
- Work side by side with content developers and curriculum designers to deliver educational content for teaching English;
- Own the process of writing, editing, proofreading, and reviewing English learning materials across a variety of products and features, from dialogues to narratives to explanations of grammar and pronunciation;
- Develop content that is fun, accessible, and targets English learners;
- Develop and implement efficient processes for scaling the creation of content.


🟠 What we're looking for:

- Master degree: You are currently pursuing (or graduated with) a Master in applied linguistics, second language studies English, or a related field.
- English knowledge: Full professional proficiency in English, including explicit knowledge of grammar, cultural pragmatics, and differences between dialects.
- Pedagogical expertise: You have experience teaching English, and you understand the difficulties of English learners with different language backgrounds, particularly French and Arabic. You can write content appropriate in difficulty for English learners at different proficiency levels, and you know how to communicate difficult language concepts (such as grammar or pronunciation) in a simple and accessible way.
- Creative writing: You have strong creative instincts and the ability to write within pedagogical constraints to develop content that is engaging to a wide range of learners.
- Operational focus: You are organized and efficient, and strive to continuously improve your workflows and processes.
Strong communication: You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

If you're a passionate and self-motivated designer who loves solving problems and adding extra touches to your work to delight users then we want you!

Required:
🔸 3-4 years professional experience in UX/UI Designing and solid knowledge about current design trends;
🔸 Portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and user experience skill set;
🔸 Capacity for creating fun, highly usable designs and layouts, and a propensity towards simplification;
🔸 Working 2 days per week at our office.
