I can’t stress this enough.

Life relatively occurs to catapult your evolution.
You are here to learn your soul lessons.
You will keep repeating the same lessons until you learn. (Karmic cycles/ soul contracts)

Do shadow work.

My theory of life: experience, expand, evolve.

This came to me in a dream 10+ years ago.
I always said it thinking everyone else already knew it
until I realized it was actually a theory I made up myself.

It’s my truth.

We are birthed here to experience life to the fullest magnitude our existence allows, expand on our experiences, our lessons, our trials & tribulations, and to evolve into our best versions based on our expansions.

It’s truly the most beautiful way to look at life,
regardless of the circumstances.

You are so blessed!
& you are here for a reason.

Even though I fall apart,
I’m a furnace for scarred hearts
from the start.

I run the marathon of your hard parts
to provide a candle for you in the dark.

My light isn’t to keep
but to shine through you
for blind eyes to see for eternity.

I never intended to go this far
as it’s hard to swim this deep;
my journey, my destiny~

To hold space and heal with my love
is God’s greatest gift to me
yet it feels like a travesty.

I’m simply a catalyst for your evolution.
You hold all of the power to heal.
You have all of the answers within you.
You are the healer.
You are the love.

I am simply the reflection…
to facilitate the light.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but….

No response = a response

If someone disrespects and goes against your VALUES… that in itself is a response and the only closure you will ever need in whatever situation is at hand.

Stop settling and don’t let anyone make you question your values/basic needs for respect, integrity, &, love.

Reflections.

Everything you believe is everything you will be.
You manifest your moments based on your energy.
The inside of you is what I see.
Frankly, you don’t have to talk to me.
I pick up your frequency, immediately.

Living in a world of vibration ~
a silent symphony.

You’re exactly where you are meant to be.
Don’t interrogate divine timing.
Allow the exquisite unfolding, naturally.

If only you’d use your two ears, wisely-
God is speaking to you…. clearly.

You are pure Love, however, we get tainted along the way.

This is true. But,
Fear exists.
Evil exists.
The devil exists.

And it does taint us from time to time.
We can get consumed in comparison.
We can get blinded by bad habits and poor decisions.
It’s vital to never allow it to make a home in you.
Don’t let anything or anyone have power over you.

Be the Love & Light that you are,
unapologetically.

I asked God why he made me this way;

Painted like a smooth silhouette that moves every room I consume; piercing diamond eyes that cut through men trying to buy me them; a vitality that creates a rush for trust that bleeds a battlefield waking up to another war lost in lust.

The war of my heart.
The tears that taught me.
The pain I’ve alchemized.
The way I’m sexualized.

All I needed was a temporary narcissistic abusive entanglement to f**k me open enough and make me question love. My heart never felt so dark and ripped apart.

The experience has been my biggest catalyst for creation.
I wouldn’t be here, writing this, if it weren’t for it.
It is the tip of the iceberg in the war of my love.

I told you I asked God why he made me this way…
The answers scare me but I have no choice but to choose Faith in a world full of whispers that need screams.
To be seen. To be heard. To be felt. To be healed.

I’ll be writing. I’ll be sharing. I’ll be speaking.

There’s not a lot I haven’t seen.
There’s not a lot I haven’t done.
There’s not a lot I haven’t healed.

But, I haven’t seen it all.
I haven’t done it all.
I haven’t healed it all.

To be a human is to be one with the experience.
That is, all of our experiences, collectively.

We are here to learn and help one another take off our masks, one by one, with no expectation of anything in return.
To share our hearts; bleed on each other.
It is our duty to be of Love, and remain One with everything.

Our connections should mold and inspire us to grow, heal, and see from different lenses.

We do grow through what we go through.
So there is nothing more beautiful, raw, & that of being a human than being vulnerable.

This is how we rise!
