Naomi Thomas Foundation For Change also specializes in the preparation of business and project proposals, business plans, job applications and other documents.

Naomi Thomas Foundation For Change was founded in May 2008 in the Commonwealth of Dominica. The foundation is a non profit organization which focuses on provision of educational and employment opportunities for youth between the ages of 13 and 45. This foundation will be officially registered and launched in Roseau Dominica showcasing three major projects. The Off The Street Program, The Roseau Central Youth Organization and the Fight Against Uterine Fibroid Week.
