It's almost unbelievable the effects that consistent incremental progress can have on your life. It's an astonishingly powerful strategy. If you make your life 1% better each week, across the space of 2 or 3 years, you might not even recognise where you once were. Let's say you start young and straighten yourself out, fix the things you can and keep it up for 10 or 20 years - you will transform your life in unimaginable ways. God only knows what the upper limits to that are - speaking in terms of human possibility - because we are amazing creatures when we get our act together.
