Freedom is never arbitrariness, but something quite different.

Goethe said: "Only he who has first conquered mastery over himself and within himself is worthy of freedom."

- First we must control the impulses and passions, only then will we have the right to true freedom.

Man must follow this principle: "Die to what is inferior within himself and wake up to what is superior". “To die and become” is what has always worked throughout the education of mankind towards the development of freedom. In this sense, Christ Jesus says: "You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

“There’s no way to solve anything for us humans. Either the Spirit is solving them for us, or they will never solve themselves.. ". "This is the sentence that Don Juan addressed to Castaneda when he put one of his dilemmas on the nature of man and on his own inability to change it; that is, to change himself despite, in his opinion, having committed beyond effort." There’s nothing squeaky in Don Juan’s words, the only thing we can do is accept our total ineptitude and at the same time rely on the power to become stronger and more complete, instead of unarmed victims of our demons and the mind of Voladores. Here the essential point of the whole Warrior's Way is another; it is to become friends with Intention, to develop such a connection with it, to be certain that whatever extreme situation we find ourselves in, our personal power will help and protect us. If we find ourselves facing a series of adverse situations without seeing a change, it can only mean two things: the first is that we need to temp our spirits and become stronger, or that we still have little personal power. In both cases the answer is always the same: we have to strive more and work harder, leaving no room for complaints and recriminations. A warrior acts, he doesn't point fingers at anyone, but acts".
"Have faith in your own power - he said in my ear. It's all we have in this mysterious world".
(Carlos Castaneda - Journey to Ixtlan, pag. 191)

"The Journey of the Turtle and the Warrior"

Long ago, when the stars whispered to the earth,
There lived a warrior with wisdom of great worth.
He roamed the mountains, the rivers, the skies,
With the spirits of his ancestors lighting his eyes.

One night, beneath a moon so bright,
He saw the Turtle take to flight.
Its shell was old, its journey slow,
But its spirit had strength that only the wise know.

With a spear in hand, and faith in his soul,
The warrior climbed upon the turtle’s old roll.
Together they soared, beyond the night,
Guided by stars, bathed in moonlight.

The turtle spoke, though its mouth was still,
"It is not in speed, but in patience, we fulfill."
With each slow stroke, the earth would bend,
And time would weave stories that never end.

Through skies of blue and clouds of gold,
They traveled on, their spirits bold.
For the warrior knew, as did the turtle wise,
The greatest journeys are those where patience flies.

Sugar is not good for you as you might have heard.
Resently I took a 67 days break from everything with sugar in.
When I broke the break and had a cookie, i had a weird unpleasant senshaation in the body. It reminded me of taking a drag on a cigaret when you normaly dont smoke.
Not nice sensation.
Even though I felt strange I craved for more and ended eating two and a half cookie more.
Next day I craved for sugar and was invited to a cake table at work. Alas I gave in and ate a lot and felt bad in my body.
Then i stop the sugar intake again for a week or more, but yesterday i had a cake. Same experience og feeling uncomfortable in the body and today the craving.
My will is strong today so I handle the desire. May the strenght grow!
Have you noticed how your body react to sugar?

“Michael leads human thinking away from subjectivity toward an objective experience of cosmic intelligence; he places man before the world with thoughts as they are in their own essence, so that man may freely unite himself with them.”

- Rudolf Steiner | GA 26

My Dear Friends,
This emphasis on initiatory objectivity—on free and living cognition—kindles all solitary candles into a single, unifying flame. It is through this Michaelic path of clear-sighted understanding that each individual light, once seemingly isolated, finds its true place in the luminous circle of spiritual community.
Imagine you carry within you a candle lit by an inner quest—a flame nurtured through quiet study, self-reflection, and spiritual insight. You stand in a grand gathering hall filled with people: some who trust only what is solid and seen, others who explore hidden realms that only faintly mirror your own, and even fellow anthroposophists whose journeys still diverge from yours. The sharpest loneliness isn’t found in an empty room, but among those who pass by your glowing candle unseeing, oblivious to its subtle, steadfast light.
Your heart aches for a moment when someone truly pauses—when they lean in close enough to sense the warmth of that flame and cradle it from the gusts of indifference. Too often, you’re met instead with courteous nods, surface curiosities, or outright dismissal. They see but the outer shell, a faint reflection of what you hold dear. And so, in the space between your hidden depths and their perception, you feel as if you stand behind an invisible wall, your light aglow yet unacknowledged, your voice echoing in a silence they cannot—or will not—hear.
As time goes on, you might grow tempted to cup the flame so tightly that its glow barely escapes, fearful that unveiling it fully might cast you even further from acceptance. You wonder if you should abandon or conceal the aspects of your spirit that the world finds “strange” or “troublesome.” But with each piece of that inner light you dim, a piece of yourself slips away, caught in the gray tide of conformity. And so you’re left yearning not merely for approval, but for the testament that your truest, most essential self has a right to shine.
For the essence of this loneliness does not stem from a lack of companions; it arises from a lack of resonance. What you hunger for is a soul who recognizes the sacred space within you—who perceives the silent questions, the shimmering revelations, the devoted reverence for the unseen. You wait for someone to say, “I see your path; I understand your flame. I will stand guard with you against all winds.”
Yet in this solitude, there is a fierce and tender power. Every hour spent shielding your candle—through nights of doubt, through days of unspoken yearning—fosters a quiet resilience. It demands courage to uphold your calling, even when misunderstanding looms large. Your light may seem small against the glaring tumult of the world or lost among the swirl of other esoteric pursuits, but it is unmistakably your own.
It is precisely this faithful flame—its glow bridging spirit and earth—that sets you apart while making you whole. Though it can feel as though you wander deserted corridors, it illuminates the way ahead. In the most unexpected encounters, you’ll discover those who glimpse your light and recognize a kindred spark, reminding you that all your careful tending was never in vain.
At times, being misunderstood leads you further inward, urging you to cherish that which the wider world fails to affirm. It teaches you to trust your intuition and to cradle the revelations you’ve gleaned—even when no echo returns from outside. In due course, the right companions appear—hearts that honor your spirit’s labor, who bring their own candles to glow alongside yours, forging a tapestry of lights in subtle harmony.
So let your candle shine unburdened. Resist the call to s***f out any part of its radiance for the sake of ease. The moment you find someone whose eyes reflect its glow, your hidden ache of invisibility begins to fade. You’ll realize you were always meant to let your light burn freely, made for the instant it meets another’s unwavering devotion.
In that union, true understanding takes root. You are perceived in your fullness: not only the flame itself, but the gentle, steadfast hands that protect it, the footprints of your journey, and the silent hopes you carry. This is what it is to be wholly seen and cherished—a profound warmth that softly whispers, “Yes, you belong—just as you are.”
And so it is with the 48 Michaelic leaders—each bearing a torch forged in solitude, molded by the heat of their own unwavering faith. Their loneliness has tempered them, calling forth the fortitude and grace needed for a greater spiritual communion. One day, may these solitary lights—born of struggle and devotion—join together in a radiant gathering, each soul shining fully, each flame uplifted by the loving gaze of the others.

“In order to understand the interrelation of truth and falsehood in life, a man must understand falsehood in himself, the constant, incessant lies he tells himself.

The majority of people find many excuses not to work on themselves. They are in a complete prison of their weaknesses.

Understand me, right; I do not need followers; I am rather interested in finding the real warriors of the new world.”
