As a mother of 3, I know how much I need to take care of myself in order to poor from a full cup, getting a massage by someone else, is a luxury thing for me (so that doesn’t happen often as I would like to), but I have many small things I do on an every day basis too; like movements/yoga, sit - preferably outside under the sun/moon, light a candle, pray, worship my body etc.

My 90 min Lifting Gua Sha® is a deep facial massage with Gua Sha, Cupping, Acupressure and Japanese Lifting, and I call it facial therapy, as it works on many layers and in the subtle body, through organ zones and sometimes I joke a bit with the moms coming, just saying “I’ll remove 1-2 kids from your face” 😉 Cause worries, tensions and life as a mom shows in the face.
