A big thank you to everybody that came and joined our Feldenkrais Marathon in the end of April - you made this a fantastic day filled with new-found ease, fresh sensations and elegance!

We have been asked about the schedule for our Feldenkrais marathon a couple of times now and here it finally comes! :)

GROUP LESSONS SCHEDULE (class topics will follow soon):

Attending one group lesson costs 150 DKK, two lessons 275 and for 400 DKK, you can take as many as you want! You can pay in cash or mobile pay at the entrance, spots for the event are handed out by first come first serve principle.

Throughout the day, you can also get Functional Integration sessions (individual lessons) in the Feldenkrais method. A lesson costs 425 DKK (which is a 50% discount only for this event) and are also paid in cash or mobile pay. Book your session here:

There is a dressing room, just bring clothes that you like to move in. Take note that the event will be held in English, but if needed, we can provide translation!

Feldenkrais is a revolutionary method, known everywhere in the world. We are so happy to announce that Copenhagen once more gets the opportunity to experience the professional teachers based in Denmark - each with their personal style - on one day from early morning till evening.

You will have the pleasure to try the Feldenkrais Method in action. The teaching happens in groups (Awareness Through Movement), where you will be verbally guided through the lessons and in 1on1-situations (Functional Integration), where a feldenkrais teacher guides you by touch and where you can work on a specific question or challenge you are facing.

You don’t need any prior experience. It is for those of you, who are curious to learn; curious to increase self-awareness; curious to be more present in what you are doing; and for you, who wants to find a more playful, spontaneous way to explore your way of thinking and moving.

We have been teaching at various performing arts programs allover Copenhagen and Århus, as well as the Royal Opera. We have been facilitating regular classes, weekend workshops, retreats and last but not least a big Feldenkrais-Marathon at the Gotved-Institut in Frederiksberg! Not to mention all the hours spend organising, having board meetings, working on a website... But more about that soon! 😉

The 2025 Copenhagen Feldenkrais marathon is nearing, so save Sunday, March 2nd in your calendar (if you haven't already)!

We found a lovely venue, the historical gymnastics hall of Gotvedinstituttet in Frederiksberg.

One day filled with Awareness Through Movement group lessons with our different teachers, as well as the chance to try out the hands-on work within the Feldenkrais method: Functional Integration (something new that we didn't do at the last marathon)!
