Mondays can be tough...

We all face some challenges sometimes. There are challenges at work, perhaps short deadlines, difficult projects, stressed co-workers, or simply too much to do. Perhaps there are challenges at home, at school, in our relationships.

Maybe your stress comes from something you currently lack: no job, no income, no home, no safety, no health, no close relationship...

You are not alone. It is important that you acknowledge the tough sides of life and take care of yourself.

And I have been through some of it in my life too. I had challenges at work. I had stress at school. I suffered from loneliness for years. But I consider myself very lucky, because so far I have never had to live through what I believe is probably the worst of all: a war.

I consider wars to be the worst because they always bring pain and destruction. They are the worst way to solve any of our disputes, because we all lose when shots are fired, even if "wrongdoers" are eliminated. Call me a pacifist if you wish.

Today, I am reflecting on how my daily frustrations pale next to the fear, pain, and loneliness of anyone currently suffering due to armed conflicts and wars raging around the world...

This past Saturday, we celebrated the International Day of Living Together in Peace. We don't talk enough about the importance of dialogue, a powerful tool we can use to resolve conflicts and avoid unnecessary destruction and loss of life. We should talk about it more. We should talk more!

If this post makes you also reflect on peace, forgiveness, and compassion, my job is done. If you wish to reflect in the form of a meditation, you can find a link to my latest recording in the comments below.

May we all live with more kindness, understanding, and peace - one small daily action at a time 💛

Sometimes the best meditations are the unplanned ones ✨

I pulled a random card that said “clean your space” and it turned into a beautiful practice about clearing the mind and letting things settle naturally.

No pressure. No perfection. Just breathing and being.

If you need a gentle pause today, this one might be just right 🌿

Most of us don't need another productivity hack.
We need a break to reset and recharge ⚡

This week I am sharing a 5-minute guided meditation designed for those super busy days. You can take this break between meetings, emails or anytime you wish to have a short rest. Even those few minutes can help:
• reduce stress
• calm overthinking
• improve focus
• support clearer decisions

Best part: no special setup is needed - no complicated techniques - just a timer, your breath, and a short pause.

Full video can be found on my YouTube channel - link in the comments below.

Wishing you a focused and balanced week. 🌿

I hope everyone's start of the year is going well - and that in spite of anything that may be going on around in the world, you are able to find moments of peace, rest and stillness 🕊️

As some of us may already be feeling overwhelmed by the news, work or study, I thought it is a perfect time to share a restful and relaxing meditation with you 🌸 This guided meditation is an invitation to slow down, relax the body and calm the mind. It is a gentle reminder to us all that rest is not a luxury - it’s a must!

✨ Happy New Year! ✨

Many people are setting New Year's resolutions around this season, and perhaps you have done the same. Personally, I believe there's no need to wait for the start of a new year, month or week to establish meaningful objectives. We can take time to pause, reflect and set intentions for this year, month, or week whenever we choose 😊

If you would like to set some new goals or intentions through meditation with journaling prompts, I invite you to listen to my latest guided meditation recording: https://youtu.be/xn12A2AN_AU

🤯 Have you tried to meditate just to find that your mind is too busy to relax and calm down?

Well, it is by design. Our minds are productive thinking machines - we just typically don't notice this process at all. No wonder, we get so disturbed by it when we have a moment to sit down and relax.

I found that practicing mindfulness of thinking can be very helpful to calm our minds. More importantly:
1️⃣ Busy mind can be a sign that perhaps a break from work and all the busy-ness is necessary ⛔
2️⃣ Mindfulness can help recognize unhelpful patterns of thoughts that keep us stuck 🚦
2️⃣With practice, It can teach us to respond to everything that is happening (not just thoughts) in a wiser and kinder way 💛

If you are interested to take a mid-week break for an in-depth look at your own thoughts - my latest meditation is a good place to start. This recording is a part of my daily meditation challenge for December and you can follow each day here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTNpkXZ13qyNyXXlwfyxvtjyHffPGb7vM

December is a wonderful month — and also one of the busiest. Many of us are juggling year-end deadlines, holiday commitments, personal expectations, and a general sense of “too much.”

I have decided to dedicate this month to a personal project that supports something I care deeply about: mindfulness, steadiness, and mental wellbeing during stressful times.

🌿 I’m publishing one short, guided meditation every day in December — an alternative advent calendar for anyone feeling overwhelmed or simply needing a few minutes to breathe and reset.

The first three meditations are already live, and each one is designed to offer a quick pause:
✅ step away from the rush
✅ reconnect with yourself
✅ return to your day a little more grounded

If a moment of calm would be helpful this month, you can find the link to these daily meditations in the comments below ⬇️

Wishing you all a calm and peaceful start to December. ✨

Have you ever arrived somewhere and barely remembered the journey because your mind was elsewhere? 🚗💭
I call this the "driving phenomenon" - when we're so caught up in mental chatter that we miss the present moment entirely. Whether we're planning tomorrow, replaying yesterday, or worrying about what's next, we're rarely fully here.
In my latest blog post, I share everything I've learned about developing mindfulness of thinking - from recognizing thought patterns to working with difficult beliefs using practical tools like RAIN, The WORK method, and self-compassion.
The best part? You don't need hours of meditation to start experiencing more freedom from unhelpful thoughts. Even small moments of awareness can transform how we relate to our minds.
