The diploma arrived today! Getting my advanced degree in Applied Psychology was a dream delayed by life, work, family, obstacles. But it never left me.
Now it’s done, and along the way, my coach training in neuroscience taught me something powerful:Our brains can keep learning, growing, and adapting no matter what our age is. Every challenge creates new neural connections. Every step forward rewires us for resilience.
It wasn’t easy. But it was absolutely worth it.
✨ It’s never too late to chase a goal or or to change your brain.

So true...
Sometimes, all you need is you. All you have to do is to choose you.
The hardest battle is between the heart and the brain.
Once both are in sync, you will see the reality of happiness and peace, whether people leave or stay, whether things go your way or not.
Sometimes, all you really need is a break from people needing you...
Because you need you. ❤️

Happy Holidays! More love, more nurturing -there is no love like a mother's love. Unconditional and pure, the essence of a mother's love can never be replaced.💖🎄💖💫💖🎄💖
Christmas without your mother…
Means you are now she.
You are the one who creates ‘Christmas’.
You are the one who honours the traditions,
ensures that the joy is passed down,
as she would have liked.
But that is hard when you are hurting,
when you are just a little girl,
deep down,
who misses her mama.
So, be kind to that little girl
but go forth
and do what your mother taught you to do…
love.
Because one thing is for sure,
she taught you well.

Sharing this today for all the strong mamas out there who need reminding of their ‘whys’. You are loved and you are not alone, never alone x

My entrepreneurial journey to Spain with 14 amazing women from 12 EU countries has officially begun! After an overnight stop in Madrid with the whole group of 300 last week, our Break cohort travelled north to Burgos, where we will spend the next weeks working together on our businesses, networking, a local project in the community, and immersing ourselves into a whole new culture. We spent today getting acquainted with city officials and their social and economic programs. There was a very warm welcome from everyone, but a definite highlight was meeting Mayor Cristina Ayala. Looking ahead, it is certain that each new day here will bring opportunities for learning, growth, connection and a chance to create impact. So grateful to be part
of this sisterhood of innovative, talented and change-driven entrepreneurial women.
