What's more expensive a Dior bag or silly faces?

I have both.

My Dior bag was definitely expensive and it brings me joy when I use it, it makes me feel accomplished in some funny way. But most of the time it just sits in the closet together with my other fancy handbags, having a luxury handbag closet party.

Silly faces and special moments, o the other hand, never disappoint and definitely don't hide in closets. At least not in my life.

My expensive purses might make look rich on the outside but nothing will ever replace the feeling of complete abundance when I feel enriched from the inside.

But the reality is completely opposite.

Small steps take us to bigger places.

Taking a fewer, smaller steps will take you much further than you might think.

No need to rush things.

Everything happens in the divine timing.

Just focus on the step infront of you.

It's been just over a week since The Awakened Feminine was launched and became a bestseller.

It's a been an exciting yet also an exhausting week.

So many feelings came out in the last week.

So much love and gratitude received, and shared.

Most of the authors haven't read the whole book yet. When it comes to reading spiritual literature especially real life stories, one can't expect to read it as a quick novel.

These stories require time to get fully absorbed.

I shared some of the personal correspondence between myself and other authors in the carrousel. We, authors, are taking the time to get through all the stories.

My advice to you - don't rush with decisions in life. Take time to absorb as much as you can and simply enjoy whatever comes your way.

This is not a dressed rehearsal. This is our one and only life. 💜

Collective and Spiritual are the words of 2023.

Yesterday, a book that I've co-authored has become a bestseller in Australia and the US in the categories of new age self-help, spiritual growth, health& spirituality.

It happened because 22 people came together to share their gifts with the world. To share their true stories from the heart.

It's not about the best-selling status, although let's be honest, it's helps any entrepreneur or a leader.

The rabbit comes, the tiger goes. New Lunar New Year begins.

Having lived in China for almost 6 years, celebrating Lunar New Year or the Spring Festival has a become a special and an important event for my family.

So much so, that the traditional new year (1 January) doesn't really mean much to me anymore apart from the change of numbers on the calendar.

New Lunar Year comes hand in hand with a new moon. A perfect time to set new goals and intentions. To celebrate a new life cycle with friends and family. ❤️

My life is a blend of many cultures. I love them all, I feel a part of all of them. I always find a way, create an opportunity to appreciate and celebrate my cultural exposures.

I've been triggered quite a bit recently.
I bet you too.

My parents came to stay with us at the beginning of January and it was a pure delight to see them after a long two year separation.

My dad had always been very controlling in a way that he believes that he knows everything and feels the need to tell others (everyone) how to live their lives. 🙄

I've been that person recently. You'd think that at the age of 43 I don't need to be told by my parent how to live my life especially considering that I left home at the age of 15, and have lived quite happily and successfully. But noooo.

He triggered me every single day.

Every single day he had something to say and I pretended to ignore his comments, and laugh them off.

Until the very last day when he finally got to me and I snapped at him.

Not a biggie and it certainly didn't create an awkward situation (extremely grateful for that!).

But as my mum was poking me to kinda tell me to shut up (really mum?) I've remembered the lesson that I teach my clients whenever a triggering situation occurres.

💡It's not my thruth to pick a fight.

💡Triggers spark creativity.

💡Instead of being angry or frustrated, see how you can use your emotional intelligence to turn triggers into something that can serve you and those around you.

Mental health issues don't choose age, gender, colour,nationality, address, bank statement, sexual orientation, holidays, celebrations.
