I didn’t expect this retreat to hit so deep ♡ But my days in Sächsische Schweiz with Franzi turned into the perfect closing of my 2025 Europe tour! It was grounding, raw and beautiful, thanks to the amazing group 🫶🏽

Next stop: INDIA 🇮🇳
From January 17 until February 8 I’ll co-teach and co-facilitate the Breathwork & Trauma Awareness Teacher Training in Goa. Three weeks of going all-in: breathwork, trauma awareness and learning how to guide others.

It feels like the next big chapter for me 🙏🏽 I’m grateful to step into it alongside such an experienced and beautiful team!

Just wrapped up an amazing 2-day breathwork retreat in Bamberg, Germany 🌀

What made this one extra special? Artur, who joined one of my retreats on Koh Phangan, loved it so much that he rented a whole retreat center in Bamberg and pulled together some friends and family, just so they could feel it too.

Spending two days with this little crew was pure joy. This is exactly why I love what I do 💛
