Our Dutch partner BLANKCON organized a cooking event with its associated partner Special Teaching Places (SLP) department of the Bonaire School Community, in collaboration with Saeed Lourens of Nature Cooking School at the end of May 2024.

Cooks from GSOŠ Podbořany cooked together with their German and Austrian colleagues -
One of the last joint cooking events within the Erasmus+ international project called " Young Meets Old With Culinary Heritage " (project no. 2022-1 -BG01 -KA220-VET-000085377) took place on June 3 and 4, 2024 in the premises of the German partner school Fachschulzentrum Freiberg-Zug .
In this case, however, seniors and students did not cook together, as was customary in previous culinary events, but students from selected partner schools involved in the project. Together with their German and Austrian colleagues, as part of the last joint international meeting, students of GSOŠ Podbořany (Mário Beke , Stela Habichová , Dominik Linc , Lukáš Petrlík and Oleg Lantsuta ) prepared selected dishes obtained from seniors during the two-year duration of the YMOCH project.
The program included the preparation of dishes in their original original version as well as in a modern, healthier version. The pupils then presented the prepared dishes to all participants of the meeting, specifically to the project partners from Holland, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Hungary and Bulgaria.

The second day of our final YMOCH project meeting started with discussions about the final reports we have to hand in at the end of the project. Later we visited the Saxon State Vinery in Schloss Wackerbarth and enjoyed a very nice guided walking through the old town of Dresden. Thank you very much for the time we spent together during the project😊🤗🤩
