A pattern I’ve noticed in women going through transitions in their business is this:

A lot of times, when things get heavy, we diagnose ourselves with some sort of
burnout. When in reality, what we’re experiencing is more of a boreout.

Because here’s the truth:

If you’re going through a sticky season in your business where everything suddenly
feels heavy, that heaviness doesn’t necessarily come from doing too much.

A lot of the time, it actually comes from doing too much of what no longer feels like
YOU. What no longer lights you up. What no longer stretches you in a good way.

And if you want to identify what needs to shift, here’s one tangible exercise I want
you to do:

Take everything that’s on your calendar right now and put it into four categories:

ALIVE – This energizes you. You want more of this.
STRETCH – This challenges you. It requires growth.
NEUTRAL – It’s not sexy, but it needs to be done. It’s fine.
DEAD – This drains you. You’ve either outgrown it or the way you’re doing it no
longer feels like you.

Now ask yourself the million-dollar question:

If you were NOT allowed to throw out the things that make you feel dead – how would you change or shift them so they feel more ALIVE again?

Because yes, sometimes things have to go.
And sometimes you actually need to do less.

But there’s a huge difference between quantitative overwhelm and qualitative
underwhelm.

And a lot of times, mastering the transition you’re going through starts with taking inventory of what actually drains you…

and shift that first.

I want to build something I’ve genuinely never seen before. A space that I believe is deeply needed in the “coaching industry.”

(I don’t like that word but I use it here on purpose for context.)

I’ve actually been thinking about this format since February. But I chose not to launch it just yet.

Not because I was procrastinating.
But because I wanted to move with intention.

I wanted to take my time.
I wanted to have conversations.
And I wanted to find out whether this was something women actually wanted before bringing it into the world.

So I spoke to around 20 brilliant women.
And the answer was a clear YES.

What I learned?

These women don’t want another course that follows a strict curriculum. They don’t want a group program disguised as a “mastermind” where actually nobody is masterminding. And they don’t need another video portal stuffed with random information that has nothing to do with their individual situation.

What they crave is a space for real collaboration.

A room where brilliant, interesting, creative women with diverse backgrounds can think together, challenge each other, inspire one another, be vulnerable, and build alongside each other.

And after all those conversations, I made a decision that will change the entire dynamic of the space.

I decided to removed ONE topic from the room…

And I‘m sure that decision will lead to some of the most interesting conversations we’ve ever had.

What else is different about this space?

There’s no transformation I’m selling you.
There’s not even a predefined destination.

It’s an open journey. A space we get to co-create together.
