We’re gearing up for a 250+ unit multifamily real estate acquisition.
I’m excited to announce that our multifamily syndication group, Breezopoly, LLC, is preparing to enter the next phase to close on a 250+ unit property in Phoenix, Arizona with our partners in Q1 2018. We’re pumped about the current market for C class multifamily properties in B class locations.
Our next deal looks like it might be another 200+ unit complex and will be officially announced as soon as we complete due diligence.
