📌 Campi Salentina, Italy

👉 Over two days, partners from Intrecci, Plan B and BK gathered in the beautiful town of Campi Salentina to celebrate the final milestones of our journey together.

😁 We kicked off our gathering with a deeply inspiring cultural walk through the historic center of Campi Salentina, discovering the illustrious local women who profoundly shaped the community. 🎈

💥 F̲i̲n̲a̲l̲ ̲P̲r̲o̲j̲e̲c̲t̲ ̲M̲e̲e̲t̲i̲n̲g̲:̲ Our consortium sat down for our final transnational project meeting. It was a productive morning dedicated to officially wrapping up the project's 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, evaluating our shared 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, and planning how to sustain this 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 moving forward.

💥C̲o̲a̲c̲h̲i̲n̲g̲H̲e̲r̲ ̲F̲i̲n̲a̲l̲ ̲E̲v̲e̲n̲t̲:̲ We presented our project 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 to the community and celebrated the beautiful, cross-cultural exchange between our participant mothers who traveled all the way from Germany and the local Italian mothers. Seeing them share their stories, alongside the powerful video testimonials from our Coaches, truly brought the spirit of women's empowerment and European solidarity to life!

Heute fand unser gemeinsames Online-Treffen im Erasmus+ Projekt CoachingHer statt – zusammen mit den Teilnehmerinnen aus Italien und Deutschland und unseren Coaches Martha und Maria. 💻🌍

Es war ein schöner Austausch über unsere bisherigen Workshops und Coachings. Wir haben Erfahrungen geteilt, gemeinsam zurückgeblickt und uns über die nächsten Schritte im Projekt ausgetauscht. ✨

Besonders freuen wir uns schon auf Ende März, denn dann sehen wir uns beim Präsenztreffen in Italien endlich persönlich wieder. 🇮🇹💜

✨ As we approach the final month of the CoachingHer Project, our team is working intensively behind the scenes to 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞 preparations for the Closing Conference and the transnational webinar.

💥 In our meeting on 19 February, we focused on:
• 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 the final conference and online transnational webinar
• 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 new ways to disseminate our results and resources
• 𝐄𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 quality assurance for all project activities
• 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 our online community of coaches

✨ Erasmus+projektCoachingHer – nächster Meilenstein! ✨
Unsere Workshops und Coachings mit den Teilnehmerinnen sind abgeschlossen – was für eine intensive, stärkende Zeit! 💪💛

Und es geht direkt weiter:
🇮🇹🤝🇩🇪 Bald treffen sich Teilnehmerinnen und Coaches aus Italien und Deutschland online, um sich kennenzulernen und erste Erfahrungen auszutauschen.
✈️ Ende März reisen einige deutsche Teilnehmerinnen nach Italien, um sich zum Projektende persönlich zu treffen, sich zu vernetzen und die gemeinsamen Ergebnisse zu feiern.

Wir freuen uns riesig auf den Abschluss-Spurt! 🌍💬

🎉 Exciting news to share - our training needs analysis is nearly complete, and 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲.
