My name's Marta, and I've been a Circus performer and Professional trainer for over 8 years. In my training sessions, I apply my ballet experience (12 years in professional ballet), as well as my knowledge of physiology and biomechanics of movement. My idea of a perfect workout is one where you really think about what you're doing. I try to give each person attention, explain how to do exercises,

and make the workout fun and motivating. With me, you'll understand how your body works, feel your deep muscles working, and most importantly, get toned without hurting yourself!

Try to be careful with 100 repetitions and fast workouts for pelvic floor.

Pelvic floor exercises have to be slow, soft and gentle like at my course Pelvic Floor Therapy ❀

Pick the course that matches your level - here’s what’s inside 👇
💜 Pelvic Floor Recovery Just had a baby and feel like your body forgot how to work? This program is for you if you gave birth at least three months ago - it’s postpartum pelvic floor exercises that rebuild your foundation from the inside out, so you can laugh, sneeze, and jump on a trampoline without consequences.
💚 Beginner’s Guide to Strength & Health Haven’t worked out in
let’s not count the years. This beginner workout is exactly where to start. A simple, no-pressure plan built as workout exercises for beginners, covering abdomen exercise for beginners, back pain exercises, lower back exercises, exercises for neck pain, and workouts for knee pain - finally making sense of where to begin (and why your old “just do squats” advice never worked).
❀ Bulletproof Body Club Finished the Beginner’s Guide and want more? This is your home for ongoing training - weighted exercises, step-by-step workout plans that build from simple to complex, and me in your corner long-term.
💛 Breathing Therapy Turns out you’ve been breathing wrong this whole time (don’t worry, so has everyone). Learn how proper breathing transforms your training, posture, and results.
💙 Pocket Workouts 5-15 minutes. Office, hotel room, living room floor - wherever. No excuses, no equipment, just enough to keep your body happy between real workouts.

Your face and brain are not sorry about your slouch. They just haven’t told you yet.**

Here’s the thing about thoracic mobility that nobody explains properly: it’s not really about your back at all. When your upper spine gets stiff, it drags your head forward and your ribcage down, and that changes two things you’d never think to blame on your spine.

First, drainage. A collapsed chest restricts the lymph and blood flow returning from your head and neck (yes, that includes the puffiness and the «tired» look you keep blaming on sleep). Second, breathing. A stiff thoracic spine limits how much your ribs and diaphragm can actually move, and full breathing is one of the few things that reliably calms your nervous system down (there’s real science behind this one, not just wellness talk).

So the mobility work in this video isn’t about looking flexible for a photo. It’s about giving your ribs somewhere to go, so your body (and your face, and your focus) can actually catch up.

Do this consistently and the payoff shows up in places you weren’t training for - more workouts via link in the profile ☀
